Hello from Portugal,
I have a galaxy S2 with CM11 and after update to Snapshot 11 the battery drain's fast.. I try wipe data, cache, Dalvik cache, format /sistem, downgrate to Snapshot 10 with full wipe and format /sistem and the problem continues.. Any help?
In battery Stats say Android OS are using >70% of battery..
I also tryied callibration battery and the problem don't stop..
I'm using small gapps, i try the normal gapps and it's the same..
Thank you
Hello! I'm also having a light battery drain on M11.
I'm on a LG D802. Must be a CM thing? Maybe radio? I don't know.
I'll try updating to a nightly!
On android 4.1.2 and up are using clean battery stats on every 100% cycle so calibration is useless.
For your problem wait for rom to cooldown for atleast 2 cycles.
By the way how long is your screen on time?
Edit: cyanogenmod drains more battery than stock

OK there is one problem that persists with all of the versions of the Sammy ICS roms.
Issue:
I boot into recovery wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, format system and then flash the rom, for example "Neatrom lite". Everything goes ok, I boot into the rom itself. Then I'll say, hey what the heck ~I won't install anything just to see whether its a application that is causing it. Then I listen to some music and turn off the music and lock the phone. After like 20 minutes or 20 hours or 2 days it will frequently stay on the 1200MHZ frequency and stay there for about 10 minutes. And as all of you know this will heat the phone up and therefore cause it to lose a decent amount of battery (30% in my case).
I tried to so hard to fix this problem by flashing another kernel or flashing the rom again or flashing a different rom but it still doesn't work...I love Samsung's ICS roms because the TV out works and its ICS. I just hope that the 4.0.4 rom will fix this.
So any idea guys? Any help or any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Install BetterBatteryStats from a thread here on XDA and fully charge your phone and then let it fully discharge and study the results for kernel wakelocks. Type wakelock into Google and find a solution.

hi all.
i bought 2 new 2200mah batteries of Hyperion to my S3. and i have few questions.
when this is necessary to wipe battery stats in recovery mode? in what situations..?
Do i need to wipe battery stats every time that i change battery in my device? or only in first time or even dont need to do it at all when changing battery.......?
AFAIK wiping battery stats is not necessary, Samsung uses another method of calculating battery life and performance.
SGS2 / RR 3.1.2 / Dorimanx 7.27 / LPX
hello masters, I'm newbie here. I'm using Ultimate HD 3.0.2, yeah I know it fast and have a good battery life, it save my battery so well. but three days ago I got bootloop on my xperia ray device because I made a wrong metode to flash my kernel, then I install new Ultimate HD on my device like the first time I install it. all works fine, but the problem is my battery drained quickly like I'm using the stock ics . Just for unlocking from the locked screen it drains 1-2% of battery. I have follow right intsruction such as wipe data/factory reset, wipe dalvik cache, wipe battery stats, format /system, all changed but the battery life is not. can you tell me how to fix it? I think something's wrong in setting or script maybe. thanks before.
*see an attachment, my phone idle percentage is very low now

Hello, few days ago, i installed Omni Rom from P6, on my phone. I did that earlier too. Well, now, after returning to my stock rom,, strange kernel battery drains happened. I did clean install on my stock rom, but no matter what firmware I install, Android OS drains battery. I also tried wiping system, data, but without succes. Check the images, and I hope someone will be able to help me.
Thanks.
Hi, in this days I've flash the last miui eu dev rom, then my battery start to discharge 3% in a minute, so I change the ROM to global stable, but the problem still there, so can someone help me with this? What can I do? Help me plase, and thanks for reading my problem
1. if you have root then install gsam battery monitor see how is the battery lost
2. if not then factory reset
3 if not use twrp flash asop extended rom
