[Q] Top-Up virtual Account using Prepaid Card (Voucher) and Credit Card - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I have some questions regarding virtual account top-up using Prepaid card (Voucher) and Credit Card. Virtual account means user create/sign up an account in web-portal in order to do transaction.
We have a web portal and user will create account, top-up his account, and use the service that we are providing like Service on Demand, Subscription Service.
My questions are:
1. Can we put Prepaid Card (Voucher) as Top-up method in our Android App?
2. Can we put Credit Card as Top-Up method in our Android App?
Please advise.

4 . It will support both your Credit Cards and Debit Cards, provided SMS alerts are enabled for the card.

Cannot add credit card details to my google play account.

hi,
I am from India and I own a debit card from a nationalised bank (syndicate bank). The google play store never accepts my debit card. It always says invalid debit card or trouble authorizing your debit card, please contact your bank. I very much know that my debit card is valid and i have used it for transactions. Am I missing out on something here? Preferably would be great if some indian user on this site can help me out.

Register Google Merchant Account from supported country for other developers, get %s

Hi, I am interested have anyone tried such deals? Is there any experienced users/developers?
The point is, that I can't register merchant account from my country and it means that I can't sell anything in google play. PayPal can't receive money in my country also. So I am currently using admob in my application which gives me less than 1$ for month
Many users writed in their reviews, that they want to donate money and support me, but there is no easy ways for that. For example many developers using strategy of selling "donated" apps on google play. So I think, that someone can register merchant account in supported country with his address and credit card, then attach it to my developer account. If there will be some money, then for example 10% of revenue will keep that user, and 90% will send to me via bank transfer for example.
Is there any experience related to this?
And have anyone tried to attach other user's merchant account to his own developer account?
Also we can create some community for this with users/developers from supported countries and developers from unsupported countries.
Interesting. I'm sure this would work if you could find the right person to work with. Though, have you tried using a proxy to create a developer account? (So, that Google servers would think you were in a different country).
You say PayPal can't receive money in your country, but I believe AdMob can deposit funds directly to a bank account (this is how I have it set up). Or, there are many other ad networks out there with possibly even more payment options.
I have a few developer accounts for when I was working at different places. And, as an experiment, I was able to create one of them with a Visa gift card to pay the $25 fee. The merchant account is still tied to the developer account via the email address used, but in the merchant account settings it is possible to add account access and change bank information.
Well, I think Payscout.com is the best alternative payment gateway for your business. They offer free account setup services to merchant.

OK here is what they DONT TELL YOU!!
I called bell to ask if i have an NFC SIM. NO.
NO CANADIAN BELL USER HAS BEEN GIVEN AN NFC SIM WITH THEIR PHONE. YOU MUST GO TO BELL STORE TO GET A FREE SIM UPGRADE.
ALSO. the guy at bell said they have a notice from RBC telling users to go to:
http://www.rbcroyalbank.com/mobile/wallet/nfc-update/
and fill out the form, and an RBC agent will contact you and arrange a push update to your NFC SIM to enable RBC wallet to work.
I am running a SGS4 from bell running a 4.4.2 google edition rom (by danvdh), with build.prop edited back to my original model number from bell.
I just got back from the bell store and have my NFC sim installed. I have the new RBC app installed.
The new card option on first page of RBC app (seen in screenshots from RBC site) is not visible on my device.
I have filled out the form and am waiting for a call back, i imagine this push update will enable the missing button in RBC app.
will update with more information as it comes available.
ONE WEIRD THING...
since i installed my NFC SIM, my phone is telling me i have a voicemail that does not exist. wont go away.

Android Pay adding loyalty cards

Anybody able to get Android Pay working with loyalty cards? The instructions say to hit the "+" sign and select Loyalty Carts. When I click the "+" sign, the only option I get is to add credit/debit cards.
Previously with google wallet I was able to add loyalty cards.
I was having the same issue. I had to first add a payment card, like a credit card, before it showed all my old loyalty cards. Now when I press the '+' button, it gives me the option to add loyalty cards, etc...
I guess you can't really use the app without a payment method set up
