hi all! i've deleted semcwizard.apk from my mini because I consider it crapware. this seems the first app which launch after the update to 2.1
but i've forgotten to do the factory reset after the update, and now I want to do it.
well, do I need to push semcwizard.apk in the system/app folder and do the reset or can I do that without semcwizard.apk installed? I don't wanna repair with pc companion another time!
also, if I remove dop.iso, can I do the factory reset securely? tkx
Hello do not know if this is the right place,

but would like to have it back to factory condition, can I?
Hi guys,
I have a nook tablet running Cyanogenmod 7.2 that I've just sold, but when I went to try to do a factory reset it asked me for the unlock pattern, which I don't ever recall setting up. I have to send the tablet to the seller by tomorrow and I cannot do a factory reset. Is there a way for me to do a factory reset before the system loads or otherwise? I would really like to avoid having to flash the rom again (I don't even have a micro sd card at hand).
Ir you can enter to the recovery menu do a factory reset

Today I tried to factory reset my xperia z3tc wifi with Sony Bridge for mac. I have a completely stock Sony Xperia z3tc SGP611. There was little confusion when selecting the device from the list .. there were (Sony Xperia Tablet compact, Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and Sony Xperia Z3 compact). So, I accidently chose the wrong device and tried the device repair. This caused the repair to fail with error code description 100.
Next time, I chose the other device and this time the flashing was fine and everything worked. I went through the first boot menu. The first thing i did was to check my DRM keys. This is how they look. Is everything fine or have I deleted something ? Can someone share a screenshot of how their drm keys intact look like ?

Yeah, they are intact. As long as there is no error next to them but ok, you do not have to worry. Also flashing a firmware (no matter which) should normally not touch the TA partition at all.
Hi all,
I have a problem with my Z5 compact: I flashed ParanoidAndroid and after flashed back official ROM.
After this I'm not able to log in to any Xperia apps (including Backup & Restore, Xperia account from settings, Lounge, etc., but except myXperia and Keyboard).
I also did factory reset but it didn't help.
Obviously, I relocked the bootloader.
What could be the problem?
