Hi, xda
I have some problem with Greenify.I have installed greenify xposed module but feature "Keep Notifications" doesn't work for me.When i greenify Whatsapp or Messenger, i don't get notifications from these apps,..
After an app is in deep sleep it cannot send any notifications. The keep notification function just keeps a notification of an app even if it will be set to deep sleep

Whatsapp and Facebook have their own way of doing things. They don't use the normal Android methods. And every update changes something, becoming more uncontrollable. So you will be better off not hibernating these two and using only the settings within these apps.
My case is different. I don't use either of them.
Hello people!
I often use my phone all-day to listen to music on my XSP, while the device is in my pocket.
The music player requires a wakelock to be able to work, which is understandable.
The downside however is that a single wakelock from the music player allows everything else on the phone to execute at the moment too.
So here's my question: would it be possible in any way (OS, Xposed, kernel mod) to create a new special kind of wakelock that allows only the caller app (or selected apps) to execute?
Like, trick every other app or system itself into thinking that there is no wakelock being held?
You could check if your phone has the latest CM support, or try and get a third party Privacy Guard app, this should allow you to wake/disable wake locks or keep awake status for select or all apps. Using the built in CM privacy guard to disable wake lock on Google play services since it drains the battery a lot

You didn't understand me. I don't want to disable wakelocks. I want to control which parts of the system they actually wake.
I probably posted this in wrong section. This is more of a developer question.

Ahh my bad, yes it's better if posted in the developer section or Q&A of a developer thread
This post is in the correct section.
I always rooted my phones and enabled "automatic hibernation." I am a bit confused, as now I don't root my new device. If I use Nova Launcher, and enable the "double tap feature" to use Greenify's "Hibernate+Lock screen" shortcut, i see it cycle through active apps and closing the windows. I am confused, is it Force Stopping apps? or is it hibernating them? Doesn't cycling through each Active app in turn reduce battery?
I currently have aggressive doze enabled, and was wondering about enabling this shortcut now too, but confused.
I don't know where to ask this, but every ROM has the quick toggles disappear after logging into my Google Account.. I'm on h932. Please help.

Sorry for the noob links
Probably some app you have that's disabling them. You'll have to go through them and see what might be causing it...
When you login to Google, it will auto-load what you had before, which is why it's happening after login.

Hello,
I am a pubg player but many time during rush moments i accidentally pull the notification panel, I'm here to ask if there is any way to stop that from happening?
I have OnePlus 5T with Magisk and xPosed installed. With OxygenOS and ElementalX Kernel.
I have come across some more uses facing same problem so please someone suggest a solution!
@rajnish357
You can disable either ALL notifications or only PER APP notifications.
The how-to depends on Android version. GIYF ...
