I did everything by the book.
via fastboot -

flash boot.img
erase cache again
flash the rom with TWRP recovery
and flash GAPPS.
And Im stuck on Rom BOOT LOOP.

About stucked in htc logo scree

Yesterday i unlocked my bootloader from htcdev and i flashed boot.img (since i am an s-on)by applying fastboot flash boot boot.img and then i flashed twrp then i applied fastboot reboot and i am stucked on htc logo screen . Neither recovery opens . Plz help the thing i can open is fastboot mode . I have HTC One x ( International tegra 3 ) Tell me whether i have flashed wrong recovery or boot.img . Or tell me how to delete the flashed boot.img so that i can reload my stock rom . I have not installed any rom so my stock rom is safe.
Plz help me
Flashing boot.img is not necessary. Try re-locking and unlock the boot loader. Or try returning to 100% stock and start from scratch.
