Yesterday i unlocked my bootloader from htcdev and i flashed boot.img (since i am an s-on)by applying fastboot flash boot boot.img and then i flashed twrp then i applied fastboot reboot and i am stucked on htc logo screen . Neither recovery opens . Plz help the thing i can open is fastboot mode . I have HTC One x ( International tegra 3 ) Tell me whether i have flashed wrong recovery or boot.img . Or tell me how to delete the flashed boot.img so that i can reload my stock rom . I have not installed any rom so my stock rom is safe.
Plz help me
Flashing boot.img is not necessary. Try re-locking and unlock the boot loader. Or try returning to 100% stock and start from scratch.

So I went to flash the Blackout Rom on my One X+ and forgot to flash the boot.img first. so my phone will not boot up. and when i boot into to flash the boot.img it says Battery too low for Flash. Can anyone help?
I can't even boot into recovery. Can someone please help?
I had this problem yesterday when i got my new phone. Flashed the rom but not the boot.img file. It bootlooped but as it turned off i pressed vol down and power and luckily it booted into the bootloader. If you can get into fastboot, flash the boot.img and then your phone should boot. Worked for me!
Good luck

You need to flash the boot.img from that Rom.
Boot the phone straight into bootloader then go to fastboot mode and flash the new boot.img from your computer.

I Successfully flashed recovery but i cant install Custom Roms !!! I Dont know why.
Extract the boot.img from your new custom ROM.zip and put it in your adb platform tools folder, Switch on the phone in fastboot, type the command "fastboot flash boot boot.img" and install the new rom. Again goto fastboot and flash the boot.img again.

Can i flash the kernel (boot.img) without S-off or root ? I Only Unlocked it and flashed CWM ... If I flashed boot.img My Device won't be bricked ?
Dear, it is for those who are on S-ON, you don't need to extract boot and flash it in fastboot if you were S-OFF. Use latest 4ext recovery.

Help me guys!! :'( my Thunderbolt not pass the boot , when booting freezes at startup logo , this happened after trying to flash a ROM , this phone is rooted and bootloader is unlocked , however even though effort was there. HELP! : (
If you unlocked via htcdev.com and are still S-On, then you must extract the boot.img from the rom you installed and install via fastboot. This is almost certainly the issue as it is a very common mistake when installing roms for S-On HTCs.
Hey Guys,
I have an unlocked bootloader (1.35) europe version.
Tried to install custom rom (AKOP and others) and Im stuck on boot loop.
I did everything by the book.
via fastboot -
erase cache
flash boot.img
erase cache again
flash the rom with TWRP recovery
and flash GAPPS.
And Im stuck on Rom BOOT LOOP.

While I was flashing the magisk boot.img to realme 1 (CPH1859) the phone bricked and is in boot loop now .
Screen shows Realme Powered BY ANDROID and Orange state warning and if trying to go into recovery the phone boots to fastboot mode and recovery not shows up.
I tried flashing from fastboot but it doesnot work and goes to bootloop again.
Help me with this please.
same problem here pease help
First do some research before flashing and always take nandroid backup to be safe.
Flashed the wrong boot.img i.e it's old one not the updated.
Your phone is in fastboot mode, try to flash or boot into twrp recovery and now flash the official stock rom that's it, now phone should start as normal.
