Hello again lol, I have a slight problem.
I've rooted, backed up ta partition and installed recovery and installed the Radioactive ROM. All was well.
I then thought about installing the Acid mod to get good sound quality.
It installed but then when android was booting up it installed the apps before going to the home screen but hanged so I restarted the phone and was stuck in a boot loop,
I managed to get the phone into recovery and done a data reset then to reinstall the ROM and had a go at installing the acid mod again. now im stuck in a boot loop with the phone unable to boot into recovery and have no ideas what to? Feels like ive thrown over £500 into the wind lol.

If you have got a backup of your stock rom you can install it via CWM recovery. In case if you do not see t, install CWM recovery via Odin and then install backup/KOR or any other custom rom. I believe it will work.

My cousin is also stuck with same problem. Any solutions? I will post if issue is solved.
I originally rooted my S3 with CWM Recovery, but now I want to switch over to TWRP. I downloaded it and installed it with ROM Manager, selected it as my recovery menu, but when it restarts, it still goes back to CWM. I can't figure it out anymore...
I'm running Resurrection Remix 4.4.2 for my rom if that helps.
Don't use rom manager, follow the instructions by the app author to flash your chosen recovery.
Go on TWRP site, download latest 2.7 for i9300 in .tar format and flash it using Odin. It takes less than a minute.

And just incase he is confused at all it goes in PDA. Just thought id add that so he can just flash away
other option is to get the zip and flash in CWM
Don't use Rom Manager with any Samsung Device....
Hello
I have a samsung s3 that has been rooted. Ive installed clockwork mod. When I enter recovery made it asks for a password and several errors regarding mounting come up. Im trying to install a custom rom. What have i done wrong?
No idea, try flashing the latest version of Philz using Odin instead.
Did you encrypt your phone?

Hello everyone,
I have an LG G PRO 2 d838 device. I didnt do any custom work to it except rooting. It is running the stock kitkat 4.4 rom. I have not encountered any issues with the device before.
I was looking into upgrading to lollipop but OTA update is not available for rooted devices. So i was trying to load into stock recovery mode using buttons method but it didnt work. I instslled Quick boot app and used it to boot into recovery but when it was supposed to show recovery menu, an image of a droid laying on its back with chest open and a red triangle with an exclamation mark on it appeared.
I installed rom manager and it says clockword recovery is not available for my device.
I dont know where to go from here. Is there anyway to install recovery mode/bootloader under these circumstances?
Thanks in advance

You can still install recovery. HERE is the link of APK for installing recovery on LG G Pro 2.
Instructions:
1. You must be rooted!
2. Install apk
3. Open it and click Install Recovery and then reboot to recovery!
Here we go, recovery installed, but only one problem. It is only usage for installing ZIP files, not for making backups!
Here is also CWM recovery but it is for lollipop: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-...covery-cwm-recovery-lollipop-booyaah-t3035831
Thank you. I'll try these solutions.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this anyway?
