I have downloaded and installed framaroot on my galaxy grand quattro device.. when i launched the application and select gandalf.. it freeze and suddenly out from the framaroot app.. please fix this
It doesn't work on recent firmware versions, try Kingo app or the CWM method instead

Now Have software update and I update this, now this device have a OS 4.4.2 jely beam Kitkat I test Towelroot.apk this not working only reboot my device and no have root aces . please help thanks also search stock rom a4you_sv14.0 with 4.2.2 android not like 4.4.2 have a problems.

Pls some body develop custom roms for Micromax Q417 . No root method still now . Also when entering recovery mode by pressing vol+power its displaying /Send IMEI note. Pl someone tell how to install recovery for it .

Guys Pl use latest Kingroot.apk and try to root yr mobile with security options disabled in developer tab.Its successfully rooted.:laugh:

Kingoroot.exe will work for you I also suffered like you wile rooting
on April 9 ,2017 kingroot version 5.0 uploaded here 18mb apk file, failed to root my micromax q415.
Settings-about- build number-7time clicking.
Disabled OEM boot protection
USB debugging enabled.
Failed two time. Device didn't brick. hanged on 65percent....
Then still without a root. Hardest thing to root, micromax devices. Nobody takes interest in it.
