Hi guys. I am having trouble loading my Kingston 8 GB USB Drive via OTG. My Samsung SII wont load it. I have connected a 32 GB MicroSD Card and 1 GB USB (Kingston) and it was all good to go. My usb is formatted on FAT32 partition so it may be detected but unable to make it detected. I just wanted to ask that if my SII support 8 GB USB or not?. Just curious. Need some response about it. Thanks !

I recently purchased a Adata Class 6, 16gb Micro SD from Newegg. It worked just fine in the phone with FAT32, and passed all diagnostics that I ran in Pocket Mechanic. Then I decided to format it in NTFS so I could store files larger than 4gb on it. My PC recognizes the card when the device is in storage mode, but the phone does not recognize the card. Is there a fix that will enable the device to use the NTFS card?
Thanks in advance!
*Edit* I just asked someone in my EQ guild that works for AT&T. Apparently Win Mobile doesn't support NTFS at all.
There is no real reason for it to be NTFS anyway.
I mean, I gues giant files, but at that point, get a flash drive.

Hey guys !
Whenever i plug in my 4GB usb stick into the phone (using usb otg cable) i get an error Usb storage damaged, please format. A month ago it worked perfectly now all of sudden i've got this error. It does work on the pc and i already formatted it countless times, even used different formats (ntsf, fat, fat 32, exfat ...).

I have a 2-in-1 USB OTG Card reader. I formatted my 16 GB strontium micro sd card with NTFS. But when I connect the card via USB OTG card reader, phone says "USB card is either blank or format not supported." But it works when formatted as FAT32. Does K900 support NTFS formatted internal storage and external (via OTG) storage. Has anyone tried connecting a portable HDD via USB OTG??
Can't Read NTFS USB...

You can use paragon ntfs&hfs. Get it from playstore. Root access needed. I always use it to access files from my 500Gb external HDD

Thanks for your reply. I have not rooted my phone, but it will be useful for my other phone. ... ... ... (I actually download a lot of torrents and I don't want to keep my PC running. I use "Flud" torrent app to download torrents, developed by a xda member.)
