build.prop Spoofer Based on App - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all, Does anyone know of an app or xposed module that would spoof build.prop (to detect a different device name) on a per app basis?
I want to use a mobile payment app through my banking institution but it only works with ancient phones and I don't want to update build.prop as I'm using it for the PS4 remote play stuff.
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Fake location to get extra features?

I want to know how to make device as from -for example- US to get extra features for applications, such as Shazam LyricPlay (its only working devices from US, and few other countries).
I have a Nexus 7 tablet too, and I use a custom rom which has US market inside, so I can read books etc whenever I am, and I can use shazam LyricPlay too in my tablet. I want to know hot to achieve same thing for my SGSIII because shazam lyricplay is a cool feature. I have tried market enabler kind applications, fake location applications which didn't work.
So please if anyone knows, it will be apreciated.
Thanks.

Shark Masq, new app & developer, feedback welcome.

Just finished creating my first app for Android called Shark Mask. It's a utility that lets you run DNSMasq on your phone to serve as a dns caching server, which lets you select DNS servers, block unwanted address and select a DNS server per address. I've tested that last part to use pandora outside of the States via Tunlr and it worked great. The works on phones and tablets and has binaries for DNSMasq to work on intel, mips and arm based devices. The only major requirement is the device be rooted.
Looking for other ideas for the app and places to promote it on. I've got it on Google Play so far and looking at placing it on Amazon as well.
Here's the Google Play Link, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.draekko.sharkmasq
Thanks in advance
Can you check if your tool works on lollipop or if you can make it work on lollipop? You would be the first to support lollipop for DNS modification I think. I would gladly pay the 5 bucks for that.

Custom app store

Hi,
I would like to add custom app store and be able to install apps remotely (e.g. make HTTP request to Android device to trigger app installation). Where would I start?
I found https://f-droid.org, which looks pretty much what I need.
Has anyone had any experience with using it?

[Request] Make an App undetected by hiding its process?

Hello XDA Developers,
I wanted to Ask for an Xposed Framework which Hides the process of an App which runs in a Background so it is undetected by a another App.
Im talking about that "Octopus" Controller App which allows you to map your Controller to the Touchscreen.
Unfortunately, games like PUBGM does detect that kind of an App and Banns you.
Is there any Way to Bypass this by just Hiding the Octopus Process in the background?

If the phone is rooted then you can change its default geolocation settings by means of SetEdit app - available off Google Play Store.

[CLOSED][APP][XPOSED][6.0+] XPrivacyLua - Android privacy manager [UNSUPPORTED]
XPrivacyLua Really simple to use privacy manager for Android 6.0 Marshmallow and later (successor of XPrivacy). Revoking Android permissions from apps often let apps crash or malfunction. XPrivacyLua solves this by feeding apps fake data...

There are apps that fake your GPS location. However, cell tower reporting or pinging will not be fooled.
