Samsung Galaxy S3 not booting up, keeps restarting showing ”Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-1930

My Samsung S3 is stuck! It keeps restarting!
It doesn't reach the enter pincode, but keeps restarting showing the "Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300" screen. Then cycles starts again.
Here are the things I've tried:
I have already removed battery, put back in; still the same result.
I have also tried to hard-reset, but it just turns off and restarts.
Same result when trying VOLUME DOWN + HOME + POWER BUTTON; goes back to restarting and the Samsung S3 screen.
It was working fine last night, but when I left to do something, I came back and found it restarting over and over again. Didn't update any apps.

No download mode then you require a service centre .
Looks like damage to motherboard .
I'm having the same problem. It happened last night. Phone just shut off and wont turn on. There is another post that just went up today and they are having the same problem. I have been able to get it to start up a few times it by continual pressing the volume and power.
Had the same problem and be able to start recovery after many trials. Some ones removing the battery

Has anyone made a tool/application that you install on your PC that forces the phone to boot into download mode? It would be great if anyone can come up with that especially for issues like this where the is stuck in a perpetual boot loop and you can't even go into recovery or download mode.
!!!! I found the fix for this!!!
I was experiencing the same problem. The quick easy fix for this is to do the following thing. Take the motherboard of the phone out and clear the power button by pressing it several times. Make sure it is not stuck. Then, put the motherboard back and power on the phone. The problem should be gone.
mine doing same thing but i can get in download mode thats all though

Bootloop, can't find way out.

I have a Sprint Galaxy Note 3 that is stuck in a bootloop.
Whenever a battery is in, the phone starts up and reboots a couple seconds later, no matter what boot mode it is in. I can't get in to download mode or recovery because of this. Tried a different battery and that didn't solve the problem.

It restarts a couple seconds after booting no matter what mode I put it in, rather that be download, recovery, or normal boot. Does it as soon as the battery is inserted. Could the physical power button have some sort of problem?
if you have an external sd card, remove it. then try; they're notorious for causing weird issues.
I've also read in the past where people take out the battery for a day or so and it cures strange ailments as well.
Other than that, it sounds like a hardware malfunction. Download mode for sure should be stable as that can't be replaced b flashing or odin; sans perhaps loading the wrong device's OS.

You need to be able to get to download mode to be able to do anything.
Vol down and power and home then press up. Maybe the button is stuck so press it hard.

No the button works fine but as soon as it goes to the screen where it asks press volume key to go to the download mode, the button becomes irressponsive however odin detects the phone,

Instead of clicking the volume up button in that screen, try clicking the home button. First time you click it, it shows you the SKU, IMEI etc, click the home button again to go into to ODIN mode.
I did as you said, odin detects after pressing the home button, i dowloaded the official firmware and install it using odin. odin says pass but nothing happens to my phone, it stucks in s6 edge screen and i cam still see the bar.
maybe you need to unplug your phone before going into d.loadmode. If nothing happens try to push the 3 buttons for a longer time, finely your phone will shutdown or reboting into downloadmode

Try going into recovery mode now and see if it works. I had a similar problem where the flash passes but was still stuck in a bootloop, I couldn't even go into recovery mode, I visited a Best Buy store with a samsung experience shop and they flashed the stock firmware using SMART but it was still stuck in a bootloop. So, I sent my phone to the samsung repair center, I think it's a motherboard problem.
Maybe your flashed the wrong kernel?
If the kernel is incorrect then your phone will be as well.

[HELP] stock Galaxy S3 Neo (I9301) stuck in a bootloop

Hi there,
a friend of mine gave me her completely original and stock Galaxy S 3 Neo that got stuck in a bootloop while she was using it.
If you power up the phone, it shows the Samsung Galaxy logo, then proceeds to load the animated logo with the music, but as soon as the first second of music is played, the phone bootloops.
If I try to boot in recovery mode (Home+Power+Volume UP), it bootloops.
If I try to enter Odin mode (Home+Power+Volume DOWN), it bootloops.
Could anyone please explain to me the steps I have to do in order to recover this phone? It is absolutely ESSENTIAL not to delete the internal storage data, because she keeps there many photos of his son (with no backup... how clever)...
Thanks a lot!
Do you see the download or recovery screen before it bootloops?

Yes. It reboots after just a few seconds I see recovery or dowload mode, bu it actually loads them before rebooting. The phone is even recognized by Odin just before it reboots.
Are you sure the battery is okay and fully charged? It's possible that the power button is stuck.

I don't know if the battery is ok... I tried to remove the battery plug the phone but it won't start without. I don't have another battery to try...
It may be the power button whereby the button is stuck in the "pressed" position.

The power button clicks ok so it doesn't look like it is stuck... I'll look more into it
Edit: WTF I can access download mode just by pressing Home and Volume down, so it seems the power button IS stuck even if it clicks normally...
Although it clicks, it may be stuck in the pressed position.
If you have a multimeter, you could test the power button contacts.
I found this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rOCa-hQQ2Ko
Damn, it really was stuck! I hit the side of the phone a bunch of time with a pen and the button got un-stuck! Thanks for the help!
