I updated last night with the HTC RUU, my bootloader still shows that I'm S-off. I used GooManager to flash TWRP 2.7 but upon reboot into recovery there was no recovery installed, just a black screen with a trianlge and exclamation point.
Do I need to push TWRP via ADB or reroot my device? Any help or suggestions would be great, thanks!
You can't use that TWRP. You have to use the one from my thread.

You can't use that ROM. It's outdated and isn't set up for the new partitions.

Why? There are plenty of ROMs that work on the new layout, including CM11. Just not the one you linked. If you search, there's a thread that has them all listed (Hint: it's in Android Development).

Cool. I'm at work right now, so not even supposed to be on XDA. I planned on doing some research later when I got home, but thanks for the clue and all your help!

No problem.

Found that it was updated, and I want to know if it's safe to flash.
Does it need to be Bump'd or something?
Interested as well

I would wait till there is more info on this release, it may need to be bumped first, plus I would like to know what changes were made before I go flashing.
Take a peek here: http://www.invisiblek.org/twrp/ and http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-lg-g3/orig-development/recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-2-8-2-0-t2966014
And I just realized I put this in the wrong place, my bad.
Sigh...right here guys...can we close this thread? http://forum.xda-developers.com/ver...recovery-twrp-touch-recovery-2-8-2-0-t2966014

If you are on a verizon LG G3, due to the way its locked, twrp and everything else has to be bump'd to work. Read the OP. If its not posted here, I wouldn't flash it

Installed and working so far for me!
Verizon LG G3 bumped Jasmine ROM 4.0
Moved to General, unless you are the developer it doesn't belong in Development.
Why don't some of you just use twrp manager app? This installs roms recoveries and app zips. It's easy. And yes the newest TWRP is there ready to download and flash.
Bumped 2.8.5 is up in the original android development section.
AS the name implies this is a stock rooted Android 4.4.2 / 24A Stock Verizon ROM!
Features
100% Stock
Rooted / Powered by SuperSU by @Chainfire!
Busybox
FSTRIM on install
Zip Aligned
No other edits
Install:
Copy ROM to storage
Reboot to TWRP recovery. REQUIRES the latest!
Factory Reset (no other wipes needed)
Flash ROM
Reboot and Profit!
Thanks!

Its just a stock ROM. Mostly posted it so other devs could use it as well. As far as difference from the stock 4.4.2 Official, you wont see any difference.
When I release CleanROM you will see and feel the difference.

Very true! Atleast you are prepared for when I do release a 4.4.2 custom ROM.
IM still recovering from surgery so I hope in a few days to get nice de-bloated / optimized ROM out.
What would be the major differences between this stock rom you released and the clean rom? Bloat removal? Is there a Lollipop based rom in our future since I see that Lollipop is now available in some other parts of the world for this tablet.
Oh wow man! Thanks for this. Looking forward to CleanROM. Started my G2 with CleanROM and loved it. Thank you for giving this tablet some love!!
I'm rooted on ZVA and I'm wondering if there's a way to have a custom recovery without getting the security boot error and not being able to get back to stock ROM? Not sure if I'm ready to go to a custom ROM with the only way of returning to stock being LGflashtool.
You can have the stock rooted ZVA ROM downloaded and flash that after you flash the recovery but i would recommend to have it saved to an external sd card so it doesnt get deleted when you wipe your phone first thats why i like having a 64gb sd card for my phone
Ok, I had thought about that but really wanted to be able so use the original. Wish LG didn't make it so difficult now, makes me miss my Optimus G sometimes.

I'm not really sure if you can get custom recovery for ZVA.
If you look here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=55225699 it'll give you links to what you need.
Most of us go the ZV4 way, as that's what most things are based from.
Just download flashify from play store. Open it, click yes to give it root access, click recovery image, click download twrp...follow on-screen instructions. Easy peasy. Twrp on rooted ZVA.

I know people have done it with AutoRec, it seems like it's not getting the recovery thats the problem but the booting back to stock ROM.

Actually about to do it now, did you boot back into the stock ROM afterwards or go right to a custom ROM?

I don't think it matters either way, but i personally just rebooted to the stock rom.

Worked like a charm, thanks! Booted into TWRP, made a backup, booted back into system, everything good. Hopefully it goes as smooth when going to a custom ROM.
