Can anyone tell me if it's possible to contact Google support by email and if "yes", what is the address?
I've tried the obvious support @ google.com, but don't get any response.
Thank you.

The Hero just doesn't recognize Yahoo Mail. I wrote to HTC Customer Service and they were quite helpful - sent me some manual configuration but nothing came out of it. Help anyone?
post their response out definitely helps
Here is their answer:
Dear Konstantin, Thank you for contacting our Customer Support Center. We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality service and answering all of your questions and concerns. You recently wrote us about an issue that you have encountered with your HTC Hero To clarify your issue, you stated that you were unable to configure your yahoo email account To configure a POP3 E-Mail account on an Android handset do the following: Open the Applications tab Select E-Mail Select Next Enter the E-Mail address and Password Select Next Note: If the end-user has a popular email account for their handset, simply enter the email address, and password. The application will set everything up. If the system can’t find the setting for the end-users POP3 mail, it can be set up manually. The Android end-user will need to enter the POP3 server name and SMTP server name. Select POP3 account Press Next Press Next Press Finish Note: To add more accounts (up to five), from an Inbox or the accounts screen, tap Menu and then tap Add account. Email settings look up Incoming Protocolpop3 Serverop.mail.yahoo.co.uk Port:110 Encryptionnone Outgoing Protocol:smtp Server:smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk Port:587 If the above steps do not resolve your issue, we invite you to visit the support area on our Web site. man that's hard to read. some spaces and breaking it up would be good....
Have you gone into the settings on the yahoo mail website and enabled POP access to your account? it is disabled by default, and not everyone can activate it for free...
course, if you haven't done this then it won't work. if you already have done this and used it on another phone via pop3, then ignore me.
if you followed his instruction and still get an error message, chances are you have not yet paid for Yahoo! Mail P$l$u$
Consider switching to gmail / GoogleMail?
anyone have a invite for google voice it would be much appreciated
Try the marketplace under the general section of XDA, thats how i got mine.

If you have a student email address "***.edu" then you can get bumped up the priority list. Check out Voice's website for more info.

Hi
I recently bought an LG P500.
I was trying to setup a corporate email account on my android. But it didnt work.
As far as i know, all the data were entered correctly.
1. Username/domain
2. Password.
3. Server.
Finally it comes ups as 'invalid username or password' authentication failed.
I did go through a few other threads, but none could help me with regards to this. Could some one please help me out with this issue?
thanks,
Varun

As far as I know and experienced, setting up a corporate email account on your mobile device requires a permission from the Email administrator of your company. It cannot be set up as easily as a normal email account. Pls contact your email administrator to resolve this.
One common problem is the username+domain combination. When you add the username, add the domain with it. Ex [email protected] and do not write the username alone.
Sent from my LG-P500 using XDA App
Fixed!
Got it Fixed guys!!!
As mentioned its the username/domain issue.... Contacting the system admin was the only option!
thanks for the info anyways

Hi everyone. I've had a look around and couldnt find the answer to my question.
Basically I have a website and I use Google to provide a custom email address. For example if my website was XDA then my email address would be lazee_wolf@xda.com
I've tried and failed to add my email address to the email app on Android. My previous two phones were iPhones and they had no problem with the email address, they added the custom email address easily.
It seems weird to me that Apple's iOS accepts Google's custom email addresses as standard but Google' Android doesnt seem to. Could anyone help me set this up? I'm sure I'm not the only one!
Hello,
Is there any possibility to access from my own android application downloaded emails from Exchange account?
I need to filter them by subject and parse.
I can't find any info or tip how to do that.
Best Regards:
