Are all moto e variants the same? I want to buy a cheap case on ebay but there are dual/single sim gsm. CDMA/usa model is not listed. Asked the seller if its compatible with any moto e. Seller says compatible with whatever is listed. No straight answer if all E models are the same or different.

How much Moto E here in Philippines?
Amazon and Best Buy have the Moto E in stock, but nowhere can you find the model number as provided by Moto. Some of the phones are listed at 4G, but people write that they are only 3G in comments/review, getting a European version instead of an US one, etc.\
Is there anywhere reliable that actually sells the 4G LTE phone??? Why on earth are there so many models of the same silly phone?

Under the "Style" you can select "4G LTE - 8GB".
If you order from Amazon.com directly ("Shipped and Sold by Amazon.com", not "Sold by <3rd party> and Fulfilled by Amazon", you'll have to look under the seller list since they aren't the cheapest), you'll get the Moto-factory-unlocked model of the XT1527 that qualifies for the Moto bootloader unlock program.
Looking at some of the other sellers, it looks like they're selling the AT&T GoPhone verison (also with model number XT1527, because they have the same radios/bands) with SIM unlock codes, but the AT&T/GoPhone/Cricket models do not have unlockable bootloaders.
The GoPhone ones won't tether either. I bought one through eBay and sent it back. Bought from Motorola for $150, works great.

Hi I had a gs6 but it broke. So I bought this Moto e 2015 for $50 bucks so I could have a cheap phone to use. I got a sim card adapter to use my nano sim card in this phone. But the phone is not reading it. I can't text call or use apps or Internet with wifi off, Idk what to do. I've gotten burned buying a used moto x 2013, so I dont want to be burned again with this Moto e. Please help me out.

Hi guys,
I am looking at getting a new phone and I narrowed it down to those 2 phones: "Motorola Moto G4 Plus or Motorola Moto G5" The reason why I was looking at the Moto G4 Plus and not Moto G5 Plus is because I can get Moto G4 Plus cheaper than the newer model.
My reasearch shows that that the Moto G4 Plus has better spec in most areas (gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=8050&idPhone2=8454&idPhone3=8687) but my main concern is that the battery is not removeable and Android 8 won't be supported on Moto G4 Plus.
I have also considered the LG K8 as well but I hear that they have issues with boot loop. I also looked at the Huawei Y7 but I see that that phone won't get Android 8 as well.
Is there any reasons not to get the Moto G4 Plus in general?
Thank you

There's no reason not to buy the G4 plus in general. It's a very good phone for a cheap price and I would buy it again. If you're not sure, there's already a thread to search and ask if you're not sure https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1846277
Also the G4 plus will get Android Oreo, that's confirmed by motorola: https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/moto-g4-plus-getting-android-o-t3576948
