Hey guys
How to enable alarm clock on gear fit?
The Fit has timer and stopwatch but no alarm. You have to run a clock alarm on your phone and then enable notifications under gear fit manager.

I just use the stock Samsung clock to set the alarm. Under notification I check Alarm. I don't know how to give more detail.
Have you got a specific question?

But with timer can set only 99 min
So true. The timer is not a solution for an alarm. Very easy using a phone however.

Same question here. I cannot find clock app on Gear Fit Manager list. How you have solved this?
This is what I'm talking about and using.

This is nice and good ,but for my in N4 when notifications enabled under kitkat alarm don t show anything in gear
I'm probably not being very clear. You don't see anything under "App connect", you just get the notification when the alarm goes off. What I had to do with my Note 2 was add an aftermarket clock and enable that in GFM. I never had to do that with my N4, however. Hope we can get this to work for you, a it's really handy. I use it every day as a reminder to pill my pets.

under insatnt alert see only phone call
and under gear notifitation can find clock but alarm anywhere

Is there an app to make my notification bar like the Samsung captivate with the toggles or with the themes for the atrix or am I waiting for true custom Roms?

Not gonna happen anytime soon, use the power widget from GingerBlur or GreyBlur. Same thing.

Not true! You can absolutely have customizable power control widget style toggles in your notification bar on any Atrix! http://goo.gl/EkXyx
i use widgetsoid.. I think it fits your needs but you must turn the popup on or it won't work.
That's something i needs. THanks much to hanming

+1
Widgetsoid works well.
Getting toggles directly in the notification bar wont be possible until some custom roms start showing up, but in the meantime you can get quick access to them through the notifcation bar using QuickSettings. Basically it just adds another tap compared to a more integrated solution

So, we now have some roms and an unlocked bootloader. Has anyone thought about implementing this idea or design into any of the ROMs? I haven't seen it but that doesn't mean its not out there already and I just missed it.
Here are some reference pics that I am wondering about:

that would be awesome, someone should put it into their ROM.
We have this on CM7.

Good to know, I haven't flashed cm7 on Atrix yet due to the lack of camera etc... I didn't see any ScreenShots of it so I just assumed it wasn't on there.
I've got blue jb icons in my dock, but the go sms icon is green. Is there a way of changing this to blue? Or is there an icon (or pack) that contains a std blue icon that I can use?
Thanks

Look in the Play Store for an application called "Icon Changer Free". It lets you change the default icon for an application shortcut. You can use various icon packs even pictures from the Gallery. Read in the description of the app for which ones will work.

I'm looking for development news on the Chronus widget allegedly shipping on nightly builds as of a few days ago.
I still haven't seen it, is there any current build for our phones that supports it?
if not, does anyone know how to install it? and wether it runs on any launcher?
Thanks in advance

I extracted it, but it won't install on ParanoidAndroid
Umm the widget is just a standard apk that you need to push to system. After that you can select the widget in lockscreen and configure it for any rom that supports widgets on lockscreen.
Here is a screenshot of it from my N4 running AOKP however, the widget is compatible with any ROM with lockscreen support. You can find the Chronus widget on xda thread.

From any CM10.1 rom
Here is the xda thread with the download.
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2078205
Also you can just install the apk directly. That way it will stay through rom updates and save you the hassle of pushing it to system every time.

Does it notify text messages, voice mail and missed calls in the same way as the 3d circles does?

That widget only works on android 4.2+. Least what i read in that thread.

No it just allows calendar and weather. The notification part is from ParanoidAndroid. I'm sure you can get other widgets to get the same result.

So I found this installable app right here on XDA.

Just install, enable multiple widgets from settings, open lock screen, swipe from top to bottom to activate multiple widgets, swipe right to add a new widget, select clock and configure as you like and hit the check mark to add, now swipe left till you get back to stock widget, long press and delete, and enjoy!!
Good luck!!

Wallpaper link/upload? Thanks! It's awesome!
I am not completely certain on the source here, but believe it may have come from Zedge originally.
DashClock is also compatible with the S4 since it is running 4.2.+. Similar to cLock and has a fairly good amount of extensions/plugins for various notifications.
Thanks for posting the wallpaper. That one looks good on a lock screen.
Is there any way to use lockscreen widgets with security?

You can make your own by using Xwidgets, just download S5 Weather widget skin and go in editing and change layouts , i have done that a few days before..
The Note 4 weather widget looks almost identical as the Chronus widget, just go to the play store and download that.
Don't forget to ask for your free toy.
