Hi mate!
1. WRONG SECTION! There's a mega great Q&A Thead to ask for your questions , it's the Development section... . We need to contribute to keep our forum clean and neat . Next time use Q&A Thread please.
2. The ROM what we prefer it's NO rom, there is NOT the best rom or the fastest... All those things depend on your own usage. Try yourself some ROMs and then choose your favourite.
3. The easy way to root your STOCK rom is flashing a Philz Kernel or using their SUfile.zip
4. Best rom?fastest? what the f*** you smoke? or such question are forbbiden!

First of all, you are using the jelly bean kernel. Only the ics kernel had the super brickbug. You can root your phone easy by using framaroot(search in google and click xda link) OR you can install a custom kernel that auto roots your phone. The link that was given by viper won't brick your phone as it is designed for jelly bean. As long as you install the kernel properly, you will be fine. I am only allowed to say that the rom I found good was slim saber rom by Fusionjack.

AFAIK PhilZ root files are safe to use and you can flash those via STOCK recovery.
You can use your correct Kernel (root+Philz CWM) too from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...lz-cwm6-stock-kernel-cwm6-root-exfat-t1877270

If this is gb rom, forget about it. No links exist. If you want ics, you should avoid it due to brickbug kernel. Your best bet is to update to jelly bean or to use some other custom rom.
Also, i think u gave us the csc version as i see no firmware having phone firmware code. The actually code of the stock ROM (according to internet results) should be i9100bokgi

Probably problem with your isp. Links definitely working for me. Last option is to use neatrom by sale (which is based on stock jb 4.1.2 firmware) but with root and with debloating options. Sorry, can't upload the file as it will take too long (internet upload speeds over here are darn slow on ADSL2+).
Here is the link to the thread anyway: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...-neatrom-lite-extralite-themed-aroma-t1569686

Just out of curiosity... Why do you think Rootbox is the best? I for one am waiting until the AOKP team has added more options and optimization to their JB roms. Until they have done that, I will stay with RR 2.6.1 (ICS). In the meantime I will keep trying their JB roms in my dualboot setting.
U mean to say jb roms are not stable till yet

There is nothing like best ROM. Everybody will have their own best ROM.
The issue about best ROM is always very subjective.
All I know is, there are good ROMs out there.
PS: I strongly believe if this kind of discussion should not continue on this thread, the moderator might close it down within the next few hours
Kk i am not asking any one for best rom
All i want is a bug free rom with users review. No harsh feelings for any developer

I'm not saying these roms are not stable. I said that I'd prefer a rom with more optimizations and functionality. JB is stil under heavy development. I will provide you the links, but I suggest you'd put a little more effort in searching throughout XDA.
I'm on Resurrection Remix 2.6.1 (Android 4.0.4)
and
Resurrection Remix 3.0.6 (Android 4.1.1 if I'm not mistaken).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1436854
You'll have to search that thread for the download links.
If you want the most stable and bugfree experience, then flash a ICS based Rom. If you want to experiment, then you can flash a JB Rom, which you can also use as a daily driver by now (at least the latest CM 10 nightlies)
If you want to have the most customizations then Flash an AOKP based Rom like the Resurrection Remix 2.6.1 Rom which is ICS based. Since 3.0 it`s JB based however.
If you just want the vanilla Android experience without too much settings then you can of course try the famous Cyanogenmod 9 Rom, which is also great.
It took me quite a while to figure out what`s the best Rom for me. I settled for Resurrection Remix 2.6.1
In the end it`s up to you and what you like, that`s why there is no such thing as "the best Rom"

Yes, you can downgrade to a Gingerbread stock rom from the ICS rom you're currently running.
You can download GB stock roms from Samfirmware.com or AndroidFirmwares.Net.

Sent from my GT-P6200 using xda premium
Glad you got it sorted
I always liked using Siyah on GB roms. But one thing you need to watch out for - make sure you flash a Gingerbread kernel now you're running GB stock. If you flash an ICS or JB kernel, your phone won't boot (doubt you'd brick it outright, but stranger things have happened here).
As long as you do that, you'll be fine Have a look in the development sections of the board & you should be able to find threads with GB kernels that work with stock.

If you have the ROM that you get when you got the cellphone, then you will adviced if you have a update from samsung.
If you have a Custom ROM based on CM 10.1 [Google It] or AOKP [Google it] you can update in CWM [google it] without any wipe [Google it]
If you have a custom ROM based on Samsung, you need to wipe all the data and install it via CWM or ODIN.

About your first point: thats the whole problem he stated.
About the second part: you're not completely right. If the OP indeed has a custom rom, then the updates from it (AOSP, AOKP or Samsung based) must be done like the developer says in his thread. @OP: in that case you won't get a 'Software Update'-notification, but maybe your rom has the Update Me-app or anything like it, so you can flash it through CWM.
If you (OP) are on a stock rom, then you have to flash the updates manually through Odin. However, if you're on 4.0.4, there is no update because it's the latest firmware.

And will I flash it just from my phone's recovery mode,if not tell me how step by step please and thanks.
As per the first page of this thread, get a stock rom from Samfirmware & flash it with Odin (download mode); Guides. Or, if you search the General section (or do a Google search with XDA appended to your search terms; I do not have a link so don't ask) there is a thread in there somewhere with CWM flashable stock roms. But if you want to get the phone back to a similar state to when you bought it, do an Odin flash.
Nobody's going to regurgitate step by step instructions especially for you given it's been done thousands of times before in other threads. As a wise man on here says in his signature 'n00b OK, lazy n00b not OK'.
