I found a user "default_s" who shared with us some files and the firmware numeral 4.0.2.A.0.58!
It seems that this is available in the region of Hong Kong, but so far no updates have not been released worldwide!
With interest, I sought the help of a friend "Kamarush" which undertook to put it up and running!
ST15i_1247-5035
2.3.4/4.0.2.A.0.58
Installation:
1. First you must flash the firmware 4.0.2.A.0.58 S51SE Wotanserver using (for some requirements)
2. Flash the kernel KRsH (fastboot):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351709
3. Restart in CWM and flash the update.zip:
http://www.4shared.com/zip/e0YNfO2X/Xperia_Mini_402A058.html?
4. Flash modules KRsH
5. Reboot, done!
If from the FW42 it will brick!
It works, but I'm not responsible if brick your device! Use at your own risk!
If you like, thank me and Kamarush mainly to do more for this beautiful work!
For some close!
Tried the method that you send me from Sony Ericsson Blog site and no luck either... don't know what i'm doing wrong... i'll try this one my last chance... Thanks

How? I unlocked once but relocked again. Now the method I use before doesn't work. I use Sony Ericsson developers site method. Is there any other way to unlock?

I used S51SE .58 for couple of days, and it has problem with wrong battery percentage readings, so I went back to ST15 .42. I don't know if this is any better in this respect.

I'm using "[ROM] [4.1.2] FlyingThor V2.0 SuperFast | Stable | No Lags | Updated: 28-Oct-2013" and "[Kernel][Dec 12]Experimental v11c[JB 4.1.2]"
I know that instruction say: "7.During second reboot, you will b stuck at Sony LOGO for a while. But don't b panic everything goes right after a while." but even after wait about 5 min it doesn't boot. After take off battery and turn on the phone I can go to cwm after a while. I have to flash rom again so the boot works, but when turn off the phone I'm stucked again.

You have error in this ROM because you install a different kernel to the ROM developer, the kernel that is in the ROM is not experimental kernel, is a custom kernel developer, you have two options
1.- Open the zip of the rom and replace the boot.img by the experimental kernel
2.- Extracts the boot.img that is in the ROM and use flashtool to install.
not have to do much, just install the original kernel of the ROM, not the experimental kernel.
you decide

Hi Kobalto07 thanks for your reply. I have to say I'm confused because the instruction in rom post say "1.Install Experimental Kernel Latest Version from here or Flash the Boot.img from the ROM". and that's what I did, but I'll try your sugestion and post the result here.

is a pleasure to collaborate
yeah, he said that, happens is that the experimental kernel is updated continued, then the version that put the developer un the ROM will obsolete.
then the developer leaves the user will decide kernel to use
I will be attentive to your results.

Of course... NOT
I didn't do full wipe. I'm lazy and don't want to install everything again.
But I'll do that and let you know. Thanks again.

Unfortunately this is not working.. lockscreen sometimes is laggy also with power saving mode.
I've disabled most lockscreen feature (weather, custom text, camera shortcut, help text etc..) and now my lockscreen usually it's ok and smooth, but sometimes lags appear [emoji20]
Not all users has this lag, why? Does it depend any installed app?
Tnx
Uninstall or disable Talkback. Lag disappear.
...or install new French or Italy's firmware. Problem is solved.

I have installed the new Italy's firmware but the lag problem is present, are you sure?
Tnx
Clean installation? Full wipes? Disable Talkback too if clean install doesn't works. I haven't problems with lags. Second French version I have installed.

From 4.4.2 original italian stock firmware - > reset - > 5.1.1 italian stock firmware via Odin. The lag problem is present.
Second french version is different than italian version?
Changelist is same, equal.
Enviado desde mi SM-N7505 usando Tapatalk 2
Mmahh....
I only did reset before flash 5.1.1 ita via odin, is it a clean installation? If yes, why most user have the lag problem, other no, in your opinion?
Clean install, full wipes (with custom recovery twrp or similar):
Cache
Dalvik cache
Data
System
Internal memory.
After install new firmware.
If you don't have custom recovery:
Install new firmware.
Factory reset
Enter in official recovery and wipe dalvik cache.
I can't say why some people has lag or not. Every mobile is a world.

Same here. The onlyest solution is "Power Safe" mode.
install this app and select partical_wake_lock

I installed it ... but if I select "partical_wake_lock", the message is "Ensures that the CPU is running. The screen might not be on".
As I understand, the CPU isn't going to be sleep in this case . . . this is not meaningful in my opinion ...
A few days ago I received OTA the Italian firmware.
I still try to track down all the problems that might be there
for me (battery drain is one of them).
As for the lag on the lockscreen I can't say if I have it or not
because I have another problem there.
When I press the HOME button to turn on the phone
if I don't touch the screen immediately and either
unlock or "play" with the notifications the screen
switches off again in less than 1 second.
Is there a solution for that or am I the first and only one
with this bug ?

That's resulted by the "Power Safe Mode".
Disable it to avoid this. But you'll get the lockscreen lag in this case ...

I'm not the developer for this ROM, but I would like to share this clean ROM I have been using.
Link: http://mi-globe.com/index.php/rom-builder/
Select : Mi Note 2
Codename: scorpio
Click Show Expert Settings to customize your ROM.
- I usually select don't overwrite recovery.
Note: Usually you need to flash twice for it to work, sometimes you get an error 7 if you're flashing from a clean wipe, if that's the case you can either:
A. flash again, check to see there is no errors.
B. boot to system and set things up; then reboot back to recovery and flash it again (so that the symbolic links are in place), you might need to root it before flashing it.
Latest Xposed Framework: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-miui-t3367634
Consider getting the xMIUI Module to customize your experience and support SolarWarez.
