I personally would Odin flash the latest update to it.

[Q] S3 Freezing, Unfortunately X has stopped

Hi guys,
I am having a very frustrating problem with my S3. I had the google.process.gapps stopping randomly for a few days, but that wasn't more than an annoyance. Last night, my battery run out and when I plugged my S3 it in and turned it on, all hell broke loose. Starting with the lock screen I have been getting non-stop "Unfortunately X has stopped" with X being anything from LogsProvider, NfcService, ContextProvider, SysScope and the already mentioned google.process.gapps. As long as I stay on the lock screen I can click these away...eventually. If I try to go into Settings or in the normal screen I get another batch of those messages, but this time the SysScope one, just keeps coming and coming and coming, so that I can't do absolutely anything. I have tried the same in Safe Mode but there wasn't any change.
Please tell me there is something I can do, other than a factory wipe.

Do a factory wipe.
As above, try a wipe first -but letting your battery run out can corrupt a partition. You may need to reflash your firmware.

Galaxy S4 Error "Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." after update

OTA Aug 20, 2015 system update i545vrugof1 issues
Just updated my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 phone to i545vrugof1 and now, every second, I keep getting the "Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." message over and over. I can only do things in between clicking "Ok", so essentially my phone is somewhat bricked thanks to this update. I've managed to restart it a hand full of times, tried a factory reset, and nothing has changed, which leads me to believe it's either a google related app that keeps crashing (like google play, gmail, etc.), especially since every restart shows a "Android is upgrading... Optimizing app 1 of 2" then 2 of 2, then "Starting Apps." Once my phone gets to the home screen and I unlock it, it's right back to the error with the "Unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." message repeating every second. Serious and extremely frustrating misstep by Google. Please help if anyone can as I would be very much appreciative. Thanks.
Can you get into settings before unlocking your screen?

Not anymore, I did the factory reset from the boot menu and now the phone will freeze once it gets to the finding connection step. It's essentially bricked. I was forced to get an S5 after the guy at Verizon tried using Samsung Kies to save it with no luck.

"Unfortunately, Youtube has stopped working" SPAM

I started receiving this today. When I click "OK" the message bounces back up almost immediately, like a spam.
If I wait for 10-15 minutes and then press "OK" button, then I have maybe 5 seconds time window until message appears again.
Same happens when I click "Try to solve".
Earlier today I had a notification something like "Youtube app might harm your phone".
I tried restarting and plugging out battery, didn't help.
I didn't really bother with that since I own Lenovo k3 note with factory settings and I had adware for a long time. So I thought that was just a missinformation.
P.S. I'm not sure what exactly version of Android is currently installed on my phone and now I can't really check either...
Lenovo phone, says it all. Unfortunately Youtube is a system file on Lenovo so when it hangs you cannot access anything else.
Remove the battery and leave alone for roughly 5 minutes, this lets any caps to discharge so the phone has to restart from boot.
try starting the phone again, if this doesn't work, try doing a factory reset.
