Hi All,
This is the fix for DSP Manager on all CM12.1 roms. It gives again the full control on PowerAMP (MusicFX) => Better Bass Sound !
Don't install with the new CWM recovery (CM12.1) : in this case, please unzip and replace the old files (set permissions with a Root Explorer).

FAQs :
1. I can't find calender/themes/xxxx in this rom?
ans: As i have already mentioned, I have originally created this rom for my self so it reflects my test.So if you want to add any removed app,simply put it in app/priv-app folder from the latest CM12.1 rom.
2. Some of the quick settings tiles don't work?
ans: Yep, I am working on that,if someone can help then plz.
3. What are precautions/recommendations for this rom?
ans: Always use greenify,disable sticky background processes of some apps using disable service app,adjust the swap,zram,swappiness values in init.d script according to your usage.
4. Why have you removed z5 small apps? How can I get them back?
ans: besides being of very little use on our small scrren, the small apps framework consumed ram which is already at very low in LP, so it was better to drop them. But if you want them back just flash the small apps zip and z5 systemui from there respective threads and they will be ready. ( no need to do any modding with system files- already done)
5. Why have you removed z5 systemui?
ans: After removing small apps, I saw no reason to use such heavy systemui so default cm systemui is included with xperia battery,wifi,data,quick setiings icons and clear all button
6. I am experiencing freezes, what to do?
ans: Change the default value of zram, swap and swapiness according to your usage criteria.
7. Very less FAQs?
ans: I will add more as I come across them.

It has the same bugs as cm12.1 and what do you mean by slim?

slim as in reduce rom size. standard cm 12.1 size is around 250mb

Yeah i understood that but i have already removed most apps and just added selected sony apps. So what features do you want in the slim version and what you want to be removed?

1-Import contacts = Contacts has stopped
2-Change wallpaper = reset phone
3-Change theme = setting has stopped
4-Change Phone ringtone and Notification tone = setting has stopped
5-Incoming call = systemUI has stopped

For:
1: its the bug in ported dialer and contacts and I can't fix it.For restoring contacts just click on the vcf file you want to restore in any file manager and it will start restoring contacts.
2 &3: these are due to the fact that I have removed theme manager, you can just copy theme chooser and theme manager folders from cm12.1 to priv-app to solve these.
4: These are due to using the ported mediaprovider.apk(which is itself necessary to view photos directly from camera) BTW it doesn't matter much as ringtone successfully changes even after settings FC.
5 : This one is new,I have never experienced this.May be this is due to low ram??

1- thanks. my contacts imported just click on the vcf file
2&3&4-It doesn't matter cuz after FC the changes will set
5- after import contacts fixed this bug

Yep that happens if your adb debugging is enabled.........
When i add or remove an application from system/app or system/priv-app and reset the phone rom won't boot

This mod removes the persistent "Device is HD capable" Notification that appears on many custom roms
Applicability?
This mod is meant for Yu Yureka Plus running Resurrection Remix Rom 5.8.0 Official Build. For other devices, keep reading...
How does it do it?
The culprit package that causes this notification to appear in the status bar is ims.apk - located at /system/vendor/app/ims
This mod replaces that file with a modded one. More on that below...
Instruction of use
1) Download file - NR_yurekaRR580o.zip
2) Reboot phone into TRWP recovery
3) Mount > System partition
4) Install > NR_yurekaRR580o.zip file
5) Reboot

FOR OTHER DEVICES
This mod was made using the ims.apk file extracted out of Resurrection remix rom 5.8.0 official build meant for the yureka plus phone. So whether this mod will work on other phones cannot be answered. But if you want to create this mod for your phone, here are some quick lessons:
1) Find ims.apk file in your phone and extract it to PC
Try looking for it in /system/vendor/app/ims
2) Use apktool and do these edits in ims.apk
Decompile ims.apk
In ims.apk>res>values>bools.xml
Change value of config_update_service_status to True
In ims.apk>res>values>strings.xml
Delete value of device_is_hd_capable
In ims.apk>res>values-mcc** (inside dozen or so folders) > bools.xml
Change all values of config_update_service_status to False
Re-compile ims.apk and give necessary signs. And use it any flashable zip

Thanks for help. That notification was irritating me since I flashed voLTE firmware. Followed modification steps mentioned above.

Device Model: Yu Yureka AO5510
OS: RR-N-v5.8.2-20170307-tomato-unofficial
Flashed: voLTE firmware.
Android 7.1.1 (Resurrection Remix Nougat 7.1.1_r25 - NOF27B)
Steps to install:
make an adb connection to pc.
1. adb reboot recovery
2. adb push ims.apk /system/vendor/app/ims/
-- expected output -> [100%] /system/vendor/app/ims/ims.apk
3. adb reboot.
Done.

Hi guyz, I was recentlly porting Lineage os 11,Sense 6 and a released rom is the FIUI but this is the FIUI V2 boot animation which is coming on FIUI V2
Those files are fit our screen so don't worry.
How to use :
Download the files from atachment
Install any file manager can use root to modify the system . Root explorer is recomended
Head to media
Delete old boot animation.zip
Copy the new bootanimation to the folder
Rename the zip to bootanimation.zip
Set permission for it to r-r-r ( Read-only)
Reboot and enjoy
