[Q] Galaxy s3 stucked at logo screen - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all.
I´m new here. Speaking from Brazil!
I´ve just got an S3 stucked at the logo screen and I´ll detail all info and what I´ve already done.
The battery was bloated. I´ve changed for a new one.
The animation blue lines around the Samsung word come but the little music starts but stops at the middle. Finally the word Samsung stays at the screen forever.
The phone´s onwer said that the battery was ending very fast and charging fast as well.
And sometimes the phone stucked at the logo screen, but it´s just take the battery off and it started normaly.
What I´ve done:
1. wipe data / factory reset | wipe data cache
2. flashed stock rom with odin 3.09, 3,07 and 3,04
3. flashed an older stock rom with all 3 odim versions
4. flashed clockworkmod and steps 2 and 3 again
nothing. always the same.
I´m wondering whether the battery issue did somthing to the hardware.
Any help, hint, light, pathways...?
Thanks a lot!!

Try the rescue firmware and pit file, search in general forum.
If the phone is shut down unexpectedly then the emmc chip can be corrupted or damage.

[Q] Galaxy GT-I9100 Stuck after official FW upgrade - help?

EDIT: Sorry guys, just saw the master thread. Will repost this there. x
Hi guys,
Apologies if there's a thread about this already.
I just upgraded my firmware through the settings menu on my Galaxy S2 - everything seemed to go OK, phone rebooted, now it's stuck on the SAMSUNG GALAXY SII GT-I9100 logo on a black screen indefinitely.
Tried so far:
Removing battery for a period of time, then rebooting
Booting into recovery mode and emptying the cache (have not tried factory reset yet)
Allowed to boot for 30 minutes to see if anything would happen, nothing
Can you guys offer any advice before I consider more extreme measures? I've kind of accepted I'm going to have to format the stupid thing now. Should I do a factory reset before trying to flash the firmware using Odin? I'm about to try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1457458
To try to fix what I assume is a soft brick issue. Does this seem like a good idea?
Sorry if I sound like a complete n00b. I don't normally get this involved with my phone, but it's kind of forced my hand this time around
Many thanks x
no worring yet
do factory data reset
if that fails flash a stock rom using odin. search intratech thread in orignal development

stuck on cwm/ before bootscreen

hey guys,
i was partying and my phone had a total blackout. i thought i broke it physically.
some days later, turns out its actually working. i can access download mode and recovery mode. i wiped all caches and reinstalled cyanogenmod. everything working fine until here. as soon as i hit reboot, the phone shows a black screen with the grey battery on it (as if battery was too low to boot). its not possible to start the rom. i hava a european sgs III gti 9305 with cm 10.1.3 flashed
any suggestions?
would appreciate any help

Galaxy Note 2 Verizon won't boot

Hi I'm new and thus is my first post. I tried rooting my note 2 and my wire came out accidentally while it was finishing and then I my phone was stuck with the yellow triangle. I don't have the files anymore. I tried flashing a stock firmware to it with Odin but it made it stuck with a battery sign with a frozen loading circle in the middle every time it powers up. I take out the battery now and put it back quickly ti get to recovery mode. But nothing seems to solve my problem on the menu. Even when I clear cache and factory reset it it boots up to the same screen with the battery. I'M AT A DEAD END!!!
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

I once did that to a Note 2 and I took it to the Samsung Rep at best buy and he was able to re flash it for no charge.

S6 Edge Brick?! :'(

Hello Guys and Gals ^^
First of all, sorry for my english, i hope everyone can understand my problem
Yesterday my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge shut down with an batteryload of 90%, after that it just entered a bootloop... :/
Since i've never had a CF or anything like that on my phone, i first thought of an hardware problem.
So i started reading here and some other forums, and tried as recommendet to flash the stock firmware via Odin3.
Now i can go beyond the Samsung - spondered by android or whatever it says - startscreen, the Blue LED starts and i enter the Samsung logo, which blinks for 3-4 times, just to reboot after that again... I also tried other versions of odin and other stock FW for my SM-G925F (Unbranded). Btw, also tried other USB ports, New Cables, Smart Switch... no Kies is running in the back while using odin.
Everytime i used Odin, it seems to work and my phone starts in the recovery mode with the little android guy, saying that its downloading sytem update... ERASING is the last thing he says after 20-30%, and the bootloop starts again. Also wiped cache and did Factory reset, but still no changes
I only used the 1 Part FW for odin. Hopefully that informations are enough for someone to help me out, but if there is a lack of informations, just ask for what you need to know further
I hope someone can help me, since i dont have the money for a new smartphone ^^

Bootloop

Hi,
I was trying to revive an old Samsung Galaxy S II (I9100). The thing had a LineageOS-ROM installed that didn't quite work properly.
To start over, I flashed the most recent stock firmware I could find. According to Odin, the flash was ok, but the device is stuck in a boot loop now. On power on, the screen "Samsung Galaxy S2" shows (the old yellow triangle is gone), then a boot jingle is played, then a blue Samsung-animation starts. After a while, the screen goes black, and the animation starts over, but the first-start screen is not repeated, and the sound is not played again.
Perhaps I didn't flash the correct ROM? Can someone point me to the latest stock download? (SamMobile doesn't seem to have ROMs that old any more.)
Any other idea that I could check...?
Regards
You should wipe data and cache. That happened to me before i did that. Hope this helps!
If not, flash different rom.
here is the JB rom. it works only on intl(i9100) variants of s2
