[Q] Root - LG G Watch

Must i root mythe device to install the watchfaces form link ?

Watch faces can be installed via different apps that they are compatible with (ie. Facer, watchmaker). Simply download a face from sites like facerepo and then upload in the app on the device that is synced with the watch. Then simply choose that face in the app and follow the apps instructions. No root needed

The first thing you need to do in general, is to not post questions in development.
The second thing is to read the first page of the threads and use Google for stuff like "what is gapps".
Now concerning your question: Cyanogenmod roms don't include apps like gmail, Google music, etc. These apps are called gapps (google apps!!!). Flash the gapps.zip provided with the rom, if you want these apps (usually it is found on the first page of the Rom thread).

i have 2 file :
1 : update-cm-9-20120512-NIGHTLY-p4wifi-signed.zip
and
2 : gapps-ics-20120304-signed.zip
i dont have a cm9 or rom of ics what i need to do, to install the all file or only one ( 1 )
? .
As rickyq12 said do you know what cwm is? Do you have it? How about rooting? Are you even familiar with flashing roms? If not then start here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15693193.
If you do know about cwm or if you have it then I believe you know how it works. Flash ics first, reboot and then boot into cwm again and flash gapps. If you find it really difficult then maybe it is best to leave it for now. Just do some reading in Google and come back here. These tabs are really hard to brick but you should at least understand the basics in order to avoid any trouble. Oh and official ics is around the corner...

Correct section= Galaxy Tab 10.1 Q&A
Here:
1) connect the USB cord to your tablet and computer.
2) Open ODIN on your computer
3) hold down power and Volume Up and until the tablet turns on. Select Download (use the volume keys).
3) Now, on your computer, open one of those files you mentioned with notepad. Add this line "234 init Q+A XDA" on the 4th or 5th line (doesn't really matter, add it anywhere except the beginning or end).
4) Flash that file to the tablet with ODIN. Wait a while; it will take a long time (up to 24 hours). When the screen flashes, immediately press the power button and hold it. That's when you'll see the magic happen!
Take a video of yourself doing this. If something goes wrong, post it here so we can help.

Go to my HD CWM thread linked in my signature and make a CWM card. Then flash the unknown sources zip and that will allow you to install third party apps even if you are not rooted.
If you can find the app somewhere online with your browser, download it and then when downloaded click on it and it will ask you if you want to install it. Or go to 1mobile.com and download and install their app and it acts like Play Store and finds and installs apps for you.

Thanks leapinar, but as you sure know, the problem is Nook HD, or at least, version 2.0.5, does not let you any apps outside BN. So i dont know how 1mobile.com will help.
I can find any app with my browser on Nook HD, it blocks installation.
The HD CWM I have not tried yet, but I will.

Yes, you have to use cwm and install the unknown sources zip like I told you earlier before 1mobile will work. You don't have to root, just the unknown sources.

Install another keyboard.
Alternately, you can use adb install <packagename.apk> to install an app without even using the unsigned apps tool.
If you do that, best to have a real launcher as your first sideloaded app install since finding sideloaded apps on the HD / HD+ is annoying without a good launcher.

(Q) Changed My Sdk from 10 to 16 in build.prop, Now I need help.

Ok, i chan fgg ed my Sdk version from ten to sixteen (jellybean) and release version from 2.3.5 to 4.1.1
Now every app i try to use force closes except for all the stock apps, and a few others. I cant open Rom Toolbox, which is what I used to edit my build.prop in the first place. I can use Es file explorer without it force closing, but I can't edit the build.prop (or any text file) without it force closing. I don't think a factory reset will help, and I do not have a custom recovery. Can someone help me fix this. (the play store won't open either)

Samsung Multi Window Manager

So I downloaded the app, but when I start it up it says that I need to download a small file to update the flashbar.apk thing. When I give it permission, it gives me options for which file to download (Note 2, Note 8, etc.), but no 10.1.
I read somewhere around here that people were getting it to work on this, but now I can't find the thread!
Anyone try this?

Closest one for our 10.1 is Note 3, but when I select that, it asks another question about firmware version (different carriers, I guess). I didn't want to experiment without proper backup.
I haven't seen a post about this working on Note 10.1 yet.
FYI, it works with Wanam Xposed

2: freegee free** root required** .apk_ you can install cwm or twrp in one click! no computer needed :~). Also available in the android market for free.
3: Kingo Android Root~ to root the phone in one click. Required computer.
4: Rom Manager~ Alot of features so check it out.
3: rom toolbox pro apk~ change your status bar icon ~ battery, wifi, and all you can think of.
4. Lucky patcher.apk ~to patch apk files you have downloaded in the internet.(patch ads and google licence), now this might not be legal so be careful use it at your own risk.
5. File explorer.apk~ Use it to extract .Zip .rar files or send apk file to friends.
6.root explorer.apk ~ Use it to removed or add files to your root system( like applications)
7.lg tool ~ to flash back to stock after you have mess everything up, because not everybody knows or remember to create back ups !

Lg G2 isn't a supported device on kingo.
ROM Manager isn't available on the Play Store anymore
I would be more carefull. It's very dangerous to install recovery (CWM or TWRP) via android app as Goo manager, ROM Manager or freeze ... . In every tutorials they write, to install recovery via PC, it will be the most safe one.

So you think this would work for the AT&T D800 as well? The site is conflicting because under root section it says all devices supported but then it also has a supported device section of which the g2 isn't listed.
Just wondering if this would be an option after returning to stock to take the AT&T update because I don't thin the ioroot method works for D800 after the update.
Yes, I don't see why it wouldn't.

Adaway its not a tool for root user since adaway will make some google applications to mal function just because you are removing programming code that might just be interested to a program. If you really want to know which apk is supporting ad removing just use lucky patcher which remove apk check to remove ad.

Adaway doesn't touch any programming code. It modifies the hosts file so that when an add is trying to load, It can't find the actual ad. I have NEVER seen it cause any problems with any google applications. It can cause problems with some apps that have ads to deeply integrated in them, but that is extremely rare.
Luckypatcher on the other had modifies that actual apk to attempt to remove the code that tries to load the ad. But if I am not mistaken, it only removes google ads, it doesn't look for ads from other companies. That said, the primary use of luckypatcher is for warez (which is why it's illegal), so I wouldn't link to it.
Ok the way you use lucky patcher is ~ download the apk you don't run it just open lucky patcher to check what does it have if its ad or google licence which you can remove sometimes not always why? because its lucky patcher not always work just like adaway. Google won't let you open application because its under google copy rights wich you can remove( .apk you have downloaded over the internet or the one someone send you ) how to get free paid apps you ask ? Just google (name).apk... best site 4shared for free apk. Now do this on your own. not responsible for any legal action: )
