This issue has disappeared when upgrading to the latest google play services lib in my Gradle file.
At the time of writing this, the latest version is 6.1.71 and the dependancy looks like this:
compile 'com.google.android.gms: play-services:6.1.71'

Settings App Problem
Hi prav3955 I have the same tab as yours. I just want to know whether you have the same problem with the settings app or is it only in my tab. The Services section in Accessibility is not active thus applications which need to bind with the notification services are unable for example Full!screen app. I will post the screenshot soon about the problem.
No App is listed in services.My screenshot is below:

Ok its five years later, but now I think this actually would be a cool idea. Since Qt 5 (in witch Minitube is written) is ported over to Android it may be possible. Also Minitube could be the first FOSS Youtube Player on Android, witch than would be distributable on F-Droid.
