i think NAND error , cannot get into recovery mode, but get into dowload mode, flash via odin error

Hello,
An error 5069 is displayed using Flashtool with my Micromax A116, just after the red and purple progress bar.
BROM ERROR : S_DL_PMT_ERR_NO_SPACE (5069)
I format my A116 with Flashtool, tried Download or Upgrade.
I tried several ROM (Stock and Custom), different computer W7 and W8.1, different USB cable.
The download always stopped on that error (no yellow progress bar).
I also did a Memory test resulted as follow:

Can you tell us which software you've used to root the Philips W3500 w/Android 4.2.2 ?

I think that the internal memory is moved into read-only mode.
I can not flash the phone via SP Flash Tools (error 1041) and CWM recovery.
Sometimes the firmware in SP Flash Tools succeeds. But when i reboot, stands an old firmware.
After Test Memory in SP Flash Tools this error :

Hi, I have the same problem. I can flash the rom via flash tool successfully. But after reboot the phone stuck on boot screen.
Please help, if you have any kind of option or give any kind of suggestion.
