And you flashed both kernel (boot.img) and system from a 4.4.4 stock image for your model, erased userdata in fastboot, yet it's still on the bootlogo?

Just see clearing data, cache , dalvik cache and hard reset and also go to advance and fix the permissions...!! If it doesnt then think that u have soft bricked ur device try this...??

If this dont resolve ur problem then try unbricking by this link..!!

Try just flashing othe recovery because the cwm gives issues so try flashing twrp recovery and then flash orignal firmware from that recovery..!! Think this must fix

Let phone drain battery till it switches off.Charge you phone don't switch on phone let it charge for 80% then press vol down + power key for 30 sec then phone will booted into recovery.
1)Go to wipe
wipe
cache
internal
dalvik
data
2)Go to install
select rom flash it
reboot
wait for phone to boot. This will work if you have twrp installed.
Else follow this Guide

[Q] help.. i cant get out of this loop!!

so i did something stupid i know.. i put viper 2.0.2 on without doing a full wipe, just installed it over the old viper 1.0.0.. now it just keeps rebooting.. when i try to use the power+vol down to get into recovery, it just goes to a hboot screen that says parsing..[sd zip] [1] recovery and asking if i want to start the update.. if i do, it does something then asks to reboot and when i do, it just goes back into the reboot loop.. i did try the viper boot-img-flasher 1.2.1 and when it gets into a part of the reboot, the program does see the device and does its thing, makes my phone reboot into a fastboot screen, then i do the boot.img part and it seems to work fine, then it reboots, and starts going into the loop again.. is there any way i can get to recovery so i can just do a full wipe and install the ROM again? i also tried using the current RUU and it did look like it worked once, but then just kept going into the bootloop.. so that dont seem to be working either... thanks in advance for any help.. i feel stuck...

You need to flash the kernel in fastboot, there is another thread with the same issue, I posted a copy of adb tools and instructions on flashing the boot.img

[Q] How to transfer files while in a boot loop

Hi, i put the wrong rom on my i9300 and it went into a boot loop and i want to put the right rom on. i downloaded it on my computer but i can't transfer my files until i actual boot successfully. any suggestions? unfortunately, i haven't backed up my phone in a while so i wouldn't really want to factory reset.
grab a sd card and put the files on them, then flash in recovery

Try to flash a stock ROM, and see what happens next then
No, don't flash a stock ROM, because then you will HAVE to do a factory reset.
Can you access recovery? Push the file via adb.
And anyway, you have to do a factory reset when switching ROMs, what were you thinking?
Hi, i solved the problem, first of all, it was a bad rom and then i was using outdated gapps. none of my non-system google apps work but i'll just solve that by intalling and reinstalling them. at least play works

You can try flashing Philz recovery via odin, then run a mega wipe script to fully format system, data and preload.
In recovery does it show any errors?

What firmware are you flashing ??
Did you initially flash a wrong firmware ??
Hi
I'm new to the forums and just wondering if anyone can help me out.
I've just started exploring custom ROMs and the like. I've flashed and rooted my Galaxy SIII about four times and never had any problems. Just yesterday I flashed the latest stable build of Slimbean and when I went to root it afterwards it completed the process but wouldn't start. Now it's stuck in a boot loop. I can't access download or recovery mode. Please Help!!!!!!!!

How can I wipe cache or preform a factory reset if i can't access recovery mode?

Mate 10 stuck in recovery

Please help!
The phone is not rooted and is fully stock. It was working just fine last night but in the morning, the phone was stuck in eRecovery.
I tried downloading the latest version and recovery from the given options but it displays the message 'Getting package info failed' (It connects to the home WI-FI)
I have not backed up the phone in a months time so is there any way to recover the data before performing a factory reset?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Aren't you able to boot normally now?
Try if it boots to recovery or fastboot
From there try as
Fastboot reboot.
Or in recovery, try clearing cache only and boot.
If all above fails, just dload the current firmware you had.

Sorry to hear you that. Another member and I got hit by it as well. Unfortunately a hard reset was the only solution to solve it.
