CyanogenMod is a free, community built distribution of Android which greatly extends the capabilities of your phone.
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CancroCM, please visit out CancroCM Github Account. You can create pull request over there if you have any patch or fix.
As you all know CM12 is still in works you will find a lot of CM features missing because they are not merged into CM yet. This build will be updated every now and then which will include all updates happening in CM

Installation instructions:
First time:
- power off the phone:
- boot into recovery (vol up + power)
- factory reset + wipe cache partition + format system
- flash rom zip
- reboot

BUGS and workarounds
(As of 020114 build)
=>Bluetooth, NFC, USB-OTG not working
=>Some users have boot delay, upto 10 minutes to boot everytime
=>GApps cannot be installed.
Some users report success using the Minimal X+ Edition found HERE
=>mm-qcamera-daemon battery drain.
Workaround: Supposedly fixed by using CPU Control Lite app, setting governor as ondemand.
If that doesn't work, open Terminal Emulator app, run command
Code:
killall mm-qcamera-daemon
This should be done after every boot.
=>Miscellaneous battery drain.

-In this build, you can use CM governors (After enable Developer Options). Or you can use too CPU Control Lite which users reported that solves drain battery bug (Instructions to CPU Control Lite:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...9&postcount=79 ).
-Odex, boot loads faster.
-Drain of battery fixed.
-Other internal improvements and updated CM source code.
If you want use CM governors:
1. Flash ROM.
2.Flash this package, that loads governor on demand by default in CM governor manager. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717073736
(After, you can change configuration in Settings/Performance).
(2.b Flash Gapps if you want)
If with CM governor manager mm-qcamera-daemon drains your battery, use CPU Control Lite instead, because works for sure.

Bugs,
Heating issue temperature is around 46c.
After using cpu control light no camera daemon thread running.gapps installing but not able to login to google server.I willbe reverting to old rom. Need to fix this if we want to use it as a daily rom.

Known bugs:
mm-qcamera-daemon. Drains the battery and heats the phone (fixed changing Ondemand governor to or from using Terminal commands)
Miscellaneus process, very high battery drain. Probably caused by the wifi with no data connection happens. No solution yet.
For me these two are the most important and why the rom not usable for day to day.
With all this my appreciation to the devs or the fantastic work they are doing.

current bugs:
battery drain due to no deepsleep (testing it with new build today)
mm-qcamera-daemon hangs at 70%+CPU load when govenor is not ondemand
Temp is between 25-35°C in normal use (ondemand govennor)
Gapps are working normally without login problems.

Okay, so you have to change Governor alike.
The zip that changes already flashing imagine it worth us.
