external webcam too dark - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hi everybody, I need to use an external webcam on android device (android stick mk809III)
I use a logitech c270 (which I read is compatible as someone is using it), but the image is too dark (almost -2EV)
is there a way to tweak the signal in order to achieve this lost exposure in every app like camera and skype?
I tried on my samsung galaxy s5 and is correctly working...
thanks

[Q] 1080p Webcam App?

Does anyone knows a app to use on an Android phone to use it like a webcam with quality?
I had a Nokia N8 (Symbian), and I had two apps that made the N8 a [email protected] webcam
But now I have a S4 4G (I9505) and after some days searching and testing apps, I still didn't found any app that could go higher than 720x480 and all of them get horrible FPS (like less than 15)
It can be by wireless or USB, both work for me, I just want it to be at least [email protected]
Am I allowed to bump? it was alreadly on 5th page with no reply :/

[Q] {Question] Recording Music on S2

I want to record music on my S2, and I found this app called N-tracks Pro and I was wondering on a few things:
1.) Will the S2 be able to handle extensive recording and does it have the ability to use the microUSB port as an external input source?
2.) I saw an intro for the APP mentioned above and I was wondering is there a compatible Low Latency Audio Interface (L.L.A.I.) for the S2, running in CM11 KK 4.4.4
a.) What brand should I take a look on regarding the L.L.A.I. box
3.) Before I buy an L.L.A.I. box is the S2 powerful enough to power the thing up just like shown in this video(intro for Ntracks Pro): youtube.com/watch?v=yZjda94hZWA
Additional Info:
I've done some snooping around and I have found this thing called the Encore 7.1 channel usb audio box if somebody here owns one or anything similar to what it can offer, I would like to ask can it be used for android devices, Using the microUSB OTG cable?
New info:
Says in the Website of Ntrack Studio that the S2 HAS NO ANDROID USB Support. But I am running in CM11 Kitkat 4.4.4 Do I still have a chance? can't afford a new phone...

Minix Neo X8 - H Plus UVC webcam with meerkat and periscope troubles

Hi all,
I'm trying to use Meerkat or Periscope on my Minix Neo X8 - H Plus, with 4.4.2 installed and with a UVC webcam. I get good image on the camera app, and i'm able to use Twitcasting with my webcam as well. When I try to use meerkat, I only get black image. When I try to use periscope, I get 'initialising video stream' for a second, while seeing some image upside down. After that periscope goes back to the start screen.
I have no idea what the problem is, the webcam is inputting 640*480, so I think the resolution must be ok.
Anyone has an idea of what to do? Should I try it with another ROM? Or is there a way to test the webcam or assign it to those apps?

Emulate and replace real camera on rooted phone

Hello, friends.
I don't know if it is possible, and want to know for sure. I have rooted Asus ZenPad and want ro replace original camera with any program/software live streaming server (RTMP or any..). Now an example:
I have notebook with camera sharing over WiFi (any possible way). If I will open camera app on my ZenPad, it will not use it's original built-in camera, instead it will use my Notebook's shared camera (OVER WIFI IT'S IMPORTANT). Is this possible?

Using USB camera fo zoom, meet and blackboard?

Hello everyone!
I've recently purchased a webcam to use it as my primary video source while in class, using blackboard on chrome or zoom or meet apps, but it doesn't work as I espected...
I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with Samsung DeX pad, and when I connect the webcam it isn't available for any apps but "USB Camera" app... Obviously I want to use it to video conferences, and not to take photos on a single app...
What can I do?
I was thinking about some sort of crack, maybe, installed by ADB rooting my phone, but I cannot find any solution on the web...
Thanks in advance!
