[Q] Please, help me to root a posh smartphone - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I need to root the model "Posh Revel S500" I tried several methods but none have worked, does anyone here have this model and knows how to do ?, thank you very much.

Use kingo root.
Download and install it on pc, run programm, connect your device with usb and start rooting. You have guide on youtube.

kingroot apk worked first try on mine without the pc, does anyone possibly have a custom recovery for this phone? it would be much appreciated, thanks

Does anyone know how to root Alcatel Ot-903?
I have tried Gingerbreak, Super One Click and One Click Root but neither worked. I would rather do this through an apk than my pc because my pc is quite slow. Please reply if there is a way.[

Use EROOT, you can google it. Its in Chinese. Let it load, press root. When done reboot manually, or superuser wont work. Then download mtk root and tools to create auto build cwm recovery.

Did not work for me. Kept on rebooting and then just told me it was to tough to root.
Not sure it is rootable!

Me too. it cannot wok. shows fail to install driver on Windows 8.1 and Windows XP.
Cake
Kingroot 4.62 works now. USB debugging. Disabled screen lock. Worked first try.

[Q] Rooting without a PC

I'm at a remote location with very limited access so searching has been tough.
Is there a method to root android 5.0 without a pc? (I know towelroot doesn't work anymore)
Appreciate any replies.

Do you have twrp installed already? If so, you can flash the superSU zip.

Try tthis one I was trying to root a phone that couldn't root with nothing till i found this and finally has root,haven't tried on my note 3 jet but it could work.

So..You can must wait to someone make Twrp and then to try to root using Supersu...because i''m having Alcatel idol 3 (5.5) with android 6,0 and same tried with Kingoroot but not works...So we are having for our device twrp so we successfully rooted with Supersu

i try with alcatel pop 4

at final says not work , but root is ok , and on reboot works with last version no works with this yes

Tried the 4.1 in the link with my pop 4+ but did not work.
tried the following, none worked :crying:
poot W100 apk, installs but crashes after maestro and libraries installed
kingo root apk 4.1, 4.96, latest - fails
kingo root pc - fails
root genius pc 2.2.6- hangs, fails
RootKHP 1.6 pc - says it worked, but fails
Dose anyone knows how to get im bootloader in alcatel pop 4 plus?

I am trying to root Lenovo A7700. I have tried using tools such as Kingroot, towelroot, iroot etc. But all method failed. I cannot find any twrp file for the particular model. Please help me to root the mobile. Thanks in Advance.

Use Dr Fone for pc to root your phone.
Install Dr Fone on your pc.
Connect your pc to internet and let it be till the whole rooting process is completed.
Connect your phone to pc using usb cable with USB debugging enabled.
Open Dr Fone.
There would be a option to root phone in the Dr Fone window, click it.
It will take a few minutes to detect your phone and find appropriate rooting solution.
Once done, click the root button and wait.
Congrats, you have a rooted phone now.
If the above steps fail, you can try some other rooting tools like Kingoroot, Towelroot etc.

No, I don't have Lenovo A7700.
Generally, those tools work.
Btw, Kingroot and Kingoroot are different.
Wht about Dr Fone, did you use it?

what metode did u use? TWRP?
I used these resources. and successfully unlock BL, flash TWRP and install magisk
