A lot of people don't have custom ROMs (like me). Whether it's because there's bugs, or there is no custom ROM...
With previous versions of Android, we were able to use cm the themes on a stock/near stock android device with Xposed.
The problem is that as of now, Xposed isn't compatible with Lollipop.
Now, being that Cm engine has been ported to a lot of other ROMs, and in the past cm themes were able to be used with Xposed when they didn't come natively in a ROM; so it probably won't be hard to port it now.
I guess it should be able to be done by either:
1. Putting all the relevant files in the system partition...
2. If that won't work, maybe a flashable zip will.
Either way it will need root.
Now; the main problem is that I'm not a developer, and I have no idea what I'm doing. So if someone can work on this, it will be very much appreciated.
Edit: I just found this: http://nexus5.wonderhowto.com/how-t...s-5-with-darker-material-design-look-0158907/
I'm not sure if it works on other devices, like gpe (which is what I'm using), but I anyway don't like it. But at least there is one alternative, albeit not a practical one.

XposedFramework - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2012770
Another multi window mod?
Yes! Because of the wonderful xposed framework it should work on all roms that have the normal multiwindow control.
But wait there is more! With others mods if you try to move an app to the bar from the edit page sometimes, you're suddenly dragging a different app, but with my mod this is fixed :highfive: Now also features correct sorting on reboot and faster start up times.
How to
Download and install the xposed framework from the thread above (no flashing required, but does require root)
Download and install my attached APK
In the xposed installer app goto the modules pane and activate my mod
Reboot
Enjoy
How to 240 DPI
Download and install the xposed App settings mod http://www.villainrom.co.uk/forum/threads/xposed-app-settings.5486/

The worst that could happen is that the multiwindow bar process stops, and then you can disable the mod with 4 clicks.

Wonderful. I think if xposed mods were grouped up in pulser_g2 thread to make that a sort of repository, it would make more people aware of them.

Also if things start stacking up developers wont be able to keep questions and such separated, if everyone posts in the same thread.

Well to be completely honest, a forum setup like XDA is terrible for development. It's impossible to keep track of anything.
You need a proper bug tracker for good development.
Well Pulsar has at least made a section for xposed framework mods on the villainrom forums: http://www.villainrom.co.uk/forum/forums/xposed_framework_mods/
The mod is working fine, thank you!
There is one small thing I would like to ask if possible.
The function do not work when I connect it to the dongle (allshare cast). It might act the same while on hdmi but I do not have a cable to check it.
On custom rom with mod for multi this feature is working fine, if that helps.

After trying every rom on earth I think the perfect rom for me would be an officially stock rom (debloated) with an overclocked kernel (and more) and the T-mobile theme engine. I understand that as these stock roms become more complex it takes longer to make the custom roms bug free. It would be great if a group out there start making roms with just a custom kernel and theme engine added. You can call the rom T.E.K. Rom short for Theme Engine Kernel Rom. Can somebody do it. Also can someone add the T-Mobile theme engine to the SnowJB rom, I would much appreciated it?

Sorry, due to multiple XDA threads for the subject. I mistakenly asked on different(wrong) thread but I meant to ask here because the title says perfect rom. I may get same or different answer depending on who is looking at. Wouldn't mind suggestion from CM11 users; even not stock but if current nightly very stable running on all cylinder.

I would like to make everyone aware of a camera app called Mi2raw, which enables easy RAW capture ALSO on the G2!
Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maginmp.app.mi2raw&hl=nl (all credit to MaGin)
Thread: http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/mi2-mi2s-app-mi2raw-–-enables-capturing-real-raw.23563/
In my opinion, only one thing is missing to enhance the G2 camera, which is manual shutter speed control.
I read that the ZTE nubia Z5s has the ability to select a manual shutter speed (don't know what the range is).
I wonder if the nubia camera app could also be ported, I think the Z5s has the same IMX135.
Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cn.nubia.camera&hl=nl
EDIT: Sorry everyone, I didn't realize the version you got is probably 2.4 which indeed only works for Mi2. However, I'm in the beta team, and I have access to the 2.6 version of the app.

The app from the Play Store only works on stock ROM.
I can provide app that works on custom ROM based on LG G2 ROM, but I must ask permission from the developer.
This app probably doesnt work on CM based ROMs.

How do we decode DNG files? RAW Decoder from Play Store cannot do that.
Does this require root on LG D802?
Or I just install apk on unrooted stock firmware?
Is backup needed before installing?

Then you should have root?
I am no developer what so ever. Nor do I have root anymore, recovery or roms. Asking anybody to build a rom for you would be unreasonable. If the S5 launcher is not what your looking for, then I would look into the Xposed Module. You may have some options there, or maybe the combo of both.
Maybe some of the existing roms will get you close and you could use Xposed may take you the rest of the way?

Hi everyone. I was exploring between ported stuff from Xperia X and I suddenly remembered I had flashed a ported sound mod from Xperia X which can be found here.
Now the thread is dead. We all now that the device was updated to android Nougat. It might also receive Android O.
The point is, Since there are a lot of universal modified Xperia X audio mod duplicates out there, can any audio professional port the latest Sony audio system fixed and tweaked for our devices?
Ok, I think you can help by asking people whom you know can do such stuff.
