My mod theme for MIUI (using 1.6.17 Moto Defy)
I modified the icons (used Elite Pro HD, i want to use iPhonious, but is to hard edit names one by one... how know in future);
Battery icons from GB in landscape;
Stats icons from GB;
New lockscreen modded only color of icons;
New wallpapers;
Other minor changes...
PS: without permissions of authors, but credits still there! and congrats for them!

Is there any way for me to create a flashable zip perhaps, or anything which will change the default icons ?
I have the stock GB icons and i want the Faenza icons but i use the xperia s launcher, which does not support themes.
Which rom are you using now?(It may be lot more easy to answer if you let me know )
If you use CM7 or CM9 you can change icons through theme chooser-
In this case what you need to do is just build up APK that includes your icon pack.
For MIUI it's much easier to changes icons. Search for MIUI theme building on MIUI theme forums or here on XDA MIUI threads.
If you're using neither of above ROMs(like GingerBlur...based on Blur ROMs) it'd be bit more difficult-
There's two types of ROMs
-Deodexed ROMs are easy to change icons through CMW flash
-Odexed ROMs are hard to do it. You've got to deodex it beforehand
Some ROMs like Nottachtrix supports some themes so if you work on theme you should be able to do what you want.

thanks but i have no clue about building apk's or themeing...im using CM7 and i want to change some specific icons
well whenever i get any CM9/CM10 theme i always like something and hat an other thing so iwanna make a mix with my own icons so i wanna learn to things

I was on a few different forms and read that there are rooted launchers or something like that.
I was just wondering what some of those launchers are called. I am using the stock ROM, and I don't really want to put a custom ROM on there, I just want to change up icons, some colors, as the lost custom ROM I put on, bricked the phone.
I was just curious what different rooted launchers there are out there.

AOSP ROM's are the best for themeing as they have the biggest variety of themes and the most compatible. If you are running stock though, you can use Xtheme and Xposed framework to install themes for your device, while some themes will work with it, many aren't compatible with stock TW.
