Hi guys, I recently bought a Xiaomi Mi4. I'm pairing my LG G Watch with this smartphone, but I'm experiencing many battery drain caused by android wear. With BBS I found a guilty: I get a BluetoothRemoteDevices wakelock, so my cpu stay awake over 60 % of screen off time...
Any suggestion? Never got that wakelock on my old M8...
Same for me. Wear is very bad programming. With SW2 I can have 70% deep Sleep but with wear it is often 50-55% and sometime 45%
Same for me with Xperia z3 on 4.4.4. msm_serial_hs_dma is taking my phone always active!

I found a partial solution: unistalling every watchface I get a rid to 40 % wakelocks time... Maybe give a try, let me know if something change...

Probably your wifi chip is burnt / damaged, so is hardware issue so nobody could help you, otherwise u can send it into warranty for replacement, or do the work by yourself..

Try to enable the WiFi or Bluetooth : Doesn't enable BT or WiFi, sometimes will reboot phone.
Or it will constantly reboot phone, depending if you can get to the Airplane mode switch quick enough.
Sometimes in middle of calls it will reboot.
Had the same issue. Warranty is the only fix I know of. Good luck.
If your phone is having the latest build then there is no need to panic with the wifi chip getting damaged coz the rom is having bug which makes wifi act funny. Try using cm7 i had the same problem of random restarts of wifi now after that its fixed and the battery is good too, try neutrino rom for a change i have heard its got the best tweaks for the phone no wonder both of them support fingerprint scanner unlock facility.

I have this same problem, and I'm thinking it could be a hardware issue. Do you have a screenshot of the chip you are referring to? And also, why or how could the wifi chip get burnt or damaged?
Thanks!!
Try to see the logcat, maybe you can find some useful info there.
same problem

Hi all,
I was driving the other day with TomTom Europe on and I know from my other android devices that driving with a GPS and screen on all the time makes the phone overheat.
So I thought turning the screen off and this actually worked the GPS kept running in the background and kept giving me navigation directions.
Without overheating the phone! This could be useful for alot of people here.
But now my question is is there some kind of app or tweak that makes the screen go on when you are entering an exit lets say about 300 metres.
So anyone know some kind of fix for this?
BTW if this is in the wrong topic please move this mods and sorry for that!
I'm using copilot and have the option "turn on screen when approaching turn". Nothing like that in tomtom?

Hey guys, Got my LG G5 a few days ago, upgraded from a G3. My issue is sometimes the power button doesn't register a click/lock the screen when i click on it, even when I do it multiple times. Anybody know what the problem could be? Or anybody experiencing the same issue?
Use your warranty and get a new one

I was able to recreate the issue reliably, if i click on the lower part of the button and not dead center, that's when it doesn't register the click, anywhere else and it does. Not that big a deal but honestly still kinda annoying, especially in a flagship device. I'll decide if i can live with it or return it using the warranty.
Hi guys,
I installed a version of MIUI on my le max 2 and after a few tests my device ended up dying.
I used the unbrick process from unbrick android guides.
After restoring the QFyl version my device had a problem on the screen. The screen is divided and the beginning of the screen is in the middle of the device.
I'm new to device modifications, do you have any idea what might have happened?
Seems display died, is it also much slower? Had same issue with my x800us

In fact the screen remains fluid using the EUI, using cyanogem and mookie it is slower.
I found a rotation change tutorial and thought it was some change in build.prop, but I could not find any properties for it.
I took a print from my phone and seeing the image shows that the screen is normal.
I believe it's something related to the software, but I have no idea what it is.
From your other device I changed the screen and it returned to normal?

I still believe the problem is software.
When you change the screen, let the problem be corrected.
Tks!

Display arrived, issue is gone. Check if you have such flickering within the recovery too, I had it here as well but not so much. Removing was quite easy with razor blade as shown on YouTube videos.

Pls check the applications wake up times in settings, your prob is probably due to some app which is trying to wake up the phone! Thanx! [emoji1374]
