yesterday i bought second-hand s3 device , and i have this problem in screen
if you see the attachment below you will notice shadow icons and they stick all the time .however, there is no problem in screen touching
please help me
You have screen burn, where the phone has been left on for many hundreds of hours and the dock icons have made a permanent mark.
There is no way to cure it.

Hello, please forgive me if i make a new thread about bleeding. Searching it a while ago and cant find any answer about that. No its not about bleeding when screen on. Its about bleeding when screen off!
Its been 2 months since i got this amazing phone. Through this forum i learn to flash both custom rom and kernel and all work well.
Few days ago, my friend talk about yellow tint and bleeding screen.
Used *#0*# to test it then I used Receiver (white) to test yellow tint and vibration (black) to test bleeding screen. Glad i dont see any sign that my friend told me.
Then last night right before i go to bed (dark room), i charge my phone (i always turn off my phone when im sleep) i see a black spot at the edge of my phone screen (around battery image).
Any1 know what it is and how to remove it?
Or its a lcd issue and i much replace it with a new lcd?
Is that "black spot" effect my phone performance.
Im afraid it getting worst.

Greetings XDA'ers, i have a Galaxy S II (international) and it's running stock ICS (XXWLPG) and the "problem" is that right before the lock screen comes up there is some screen flickering, black and white lines flickers vertically across the screen in about half a second before the lockscreen comes up. Its very hard to see this. But its easy to see it in dark rooms, like cinemas and such.
I have already returned the phone to where i bought it, the first time they changed the front LCD panel. and 2. time they didn't fix anything. And here in Norway the third time can get my money back for the phone if the same problem exists for 3 times. And if i do that then i can get the money back. And buy a S III ))
But anyway is this normal, they said they discovered the problem when i send it in the first time. and its still happening. so is this happening to you guys??

Hi all, I need help, I've change my screen LG Stylus and when I went to try the screen without putting the screws it looked good, without any problem. When I put the screws began to darken the color of the screen. I realized that was where the screen is connected to the cell, was interfering not know why, but now the problem is that it does not give any color, the screen now.

Last year I have bought new Samsung galaxy phone. For an year it run perfectly but now it is showing some sort of black screen. I have restarted it so many times but still it shows same blank screen all the times.
Can anyone suggest me right solution for this problem?

So I have an S6 edge stock nonrooted 0x0 7.0 and i sometimes have a problem that concernes me
So I leave my phone for a few hours and press home to wake and see my screen divided in 4 parts.
2 top parts are my screen but with colors mixed and fu**ed up hue and all
2 bottom parts are like a broken tv signal snow thingy both divided
I did a screenshot as a proof but after i saw that ss was normal as every else so that was hardware not software problem
Touch work but im not sure where but it works
To fix it I just lock/unlock my phone and its back to normal

Last week I've got this problem too. I thought I f**cked up something with my hands when my phone was in my pocket, but after your screenshot I think I was wrong. :laugh:
The only solution was to restart the phone, but it was tricky because the touch sceeen wasn't working properly due to the 4-way sliced screen.
If anyone knows what this is, please tell us. :laugh:
