Please help!!
I made the mistake of rooting my phone, the I did a factory reset while it was still rooted and now for some reason I am unable to access my gmail which in turn mean i cannot access the playstore which is hugely inconvenient for me as I operated mostly from my cellphone..
I am trying to do a stock reset and get it unrooted for good so i can access the playstore and my google account again.
The problem I am having is I cannot find the firmware build for Odin anywhere!!!
The build number is - I9300TDUUGNE3
If anybody can show me where I can get it or any other easier fixes to restore my google account back...
Keep in mind I have no access to the playstore so I cant get download things like "File managers", "Triangle away" or any other thing that may provide assistance...
I am lost...
All help is muchly appreciated!!

Why you can't access into the play store ?
Have you freedom installed in your phone ?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using XDA Free mobile app
Go to sammobile.com and download the latest firmware for your country, the original firmware version is irrelevant.

Hi,
It would help if you specified your exact make and model. But you will likely need to flash your stock firmware to replace it, or extract it from the firmware and just install the missing files.
I will ask that your thread be moved to the Andriod General Q&A section for help. But maybe include more device details in the meantime.
Good luck!

hi everyone,
I know this question and many people have asked the same question, but I've tried every route going to recover MY official IMEI number instead of a generic 0049 number.
I've tried rooting my phone, run CWM, downgraded my firmware everything but for the life of me I just cannot get it work, my question is:::
can I or is there a possibility that my PIT file might be fouled up as well as my EFS file?
my second query is.....
is it at all possible just to entirely wipe my phone clean of everything, partition as well and start all over a fresh flash?
My Samsung galaxy s3 GT-I9300 is international as I live in the Netherlands, my current firmware for my phone is: 4.3 jellybean.
I've used Odin3,Kies3 and to be fair nothing is working, so I hope that there is alternative and that is it possible as I've tired every other street to fix it, to format my phone completely of everything and start again.
thank you in advance and I hope someone can help me

I'd taken this to the service centre and they had reset the device and also did load a new firmware but the issue is not solved.
I've lost hope.
Sir,
Please wait until mods will move this thread to the device specific forum for more relevant answers.

Hello everyone, my laptop is terrible(almost dead at that) so I don't have general access to rooting through pc techniques. On top of this, I would rather not go through that process and instead use an on board rooting app. I tried towelroot (I use a SAMSUNG GALAXY A3), and to no avail. At first it gave me the phone not supported message, so instead I attempted to use the codes to do so. When I did, the make it ra1n button went orange and the application stayed in that state with no response. So I have a few questions.
1. Is there a way to fix this? I am trying to root fast so I can use the Xposed framework.
2. Is KingRoot a viable option? Is it as safe as towelroot, and will my phone data remain after using it? It seems safe, but I'd rather not take any risks currently.
Thank you for reading this, and thank you in advance for any help I receive.

Idk if this works but bump
You have already been given the best answer that XDA Assist can provide you with your first assist post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/xda-assist/towelroot-questions-t3185213
The link to your device's help forum will be your best shot.
For your convenience, I will be moving this thread into the proper help section for your device, where others who have been through what you're experiencing can assist you.
Please do not open any more threads in XDA Assist regarding this situation.
Best of luck,
