i meant (from a other approach) navigate to /data/data/com.lge.qremote using root explorer or whatever root file manager grab qremotesettings.db from g3's qremote folder and put it to d618's qremote folder, worked for me when i changed phone

If the hardware supports it, then it should be possible.

I tried to root my LG G2 mini yesterday. It workes fine an the phone is now rooted:good:
before i go ahead and root my g2 mini, is there a way to revert back to factory unrooted state, for warranty purpose?
I also succeed with root using this guide. I had to format microSD using EXT4 to make it working

I guess the fle is located in /system/app/, sorry, i foget it and messup, i need to find the location again.
The file is named: LGCamarea

I'm trying-no luck...
My P710 is locked on VIP, buyed with firmware version 10e, i flashed different KDZs few time, flashed russian moded rom for P713, now is v10j, and still locked on VIP (P71010j-219-10).
Did it really work?

In supers there's an option to unroot the device again, try that and then do a root test after a reboot

Get a logcat app from Google Play that can record or use adb.
