I have trouble with my bricked GuoPhone and i search entier web for Stock ROM but i cant find anywhere. but finaly i have Stock ROM and i want to share with all users with this smartphone for future birck and problem.

Flash Guide :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Hi all, for first sorry for my english i am beginner.
I have a trouble with my Lenovo P780, i had 4.4.2 from baralajbi, 3 days ago my phone was turn off. When i was turn on, phone wont start only show LENOVO logo and then restart. I tried install many of rom. Works only one P780_S125_130529_camera_fix, but yesterday phone turn off and then again the same -> Show only LENOVO and reboot.
I made in SP flash tools full format with bootloader and here is problem.
After format a cant install any rom
- Select the MT6589_Android_scatter.txt in ROM -> ok
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool -> ok
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model -> ok
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- choose DA DL All With Check Sum -> ok
- Turn off phone, (push the red reset button) -> ok
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect phone into the computer via USB data cable -> ok
But install dont start.
I need help. Is possible install rom after full format.

At first try to reinstall drivers for P780 on your PC.
Driver -> reinstall, after this i install rom Life but problem is still here -> Turn on my phone - show Lenovo logo and then reboot. I tried install lots of rom but always show only Lenovo and reboot, Any idea how to fix this ? Thanks
Now i made Memory test in Flash Tools and show me:
Internal Ram

Exetrnal Ram
.....
NAND Flash
ERROR: NAND Flash was not detectet!
Maybe is problem here but i dont know what is NAND Flash.
FLASHING STOCK ROM ON SAMSUNG DEVICES
Today i'm showing how to install stock rom on samsung devices
You want to need
- Odin (i attached on the post)
- Stock rom (odin package) (search your device stck rom on google)
- Download keis for your phone
-Download drivers for your phone
Instruction
- Download your stock rom & odin for your phone , i say you download splited ( SplitFUS2 ) odin package
- install drivers
- install keis
- open odin
- connect your device and boot to download mode
- press&hold (vol- , power and home button) or press&hold (vol- ,vol+ and power button) or search on google
Check when you connect your phone you will see in box ID:COM3
- tick only auto reboot & f.reset time
- add files
- in PDA - PDA_xxxxx_xxxxxx.tar.md5
- in MODEM - PHONE_xxxxx_xxxxx.tar.md5
- in CSC - CSC_xxxxx_xxxxx.tar.md5
if you have - in BOOTLOADER - DefaultCaldataWithboot_xxxxxxxxxx_xxxxx.tar.md5
after you add all files .click start
if Completed odin shows PASS!
you installed stock rom on your samsung device
click Thank

I was having this problem with my Lenovo S650. After flashing new ROM. The phone was stuck in boot-loop. I did some research, it was easy. But with some important changes, I am posting this
Solution Steps:
STEP 1: Download these 2 files: ROM & Flash Tool
(sign-up on http://www.needrom.com/, because you have to be a member to download these file. Sorry, I can't download these files and then upload on any other website because of slow internet connection.)
STEP 2: Extract both files.
STEP 3: Open "Flash_tool.exe" from "S650_UpgradeTool_20130903(v3.1324.0.177)" folder.
STEP 4: Click on "Scatter loading" and choose "MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt" which would be in "S650_S119_131014" folder.
STEP 5: Click on "Options" menu from menu bar and be sure that following two things are checked:
1. USB Mode
2. DA Download All -> Speed -> High Speed
STEP 6: Now Check "DA DL All With Check Sum" option that is present after "stop" button.
STEP 7: Now Click "Download" button if you want to replaced whole recovery and ROM from phone. OR Click on "Firmware -> Upgrade" button if you want to upgrade your ROM.
STEP 8: Now connect your Lenovo S650 using USB cable (don't insert battery). The Flash Tool would recognize your device and start the process. First you will see Red progress bar, then purple and then yellow bar. Wait and then you will se a green circle that will indicate the completion of process. (Congrats) :victory:
STEP 9: Now remove USB cable and insert battery. Turn on you phone and Enjoy! :fingers-crossed:
Note: if you see these errors on boot:
TOOL DL IMAGE FAIL
UBOOT IS BLOCKING BY DL INFO
Then it mean that you didn't checked the "DA DL All With Check Sum" option in Flash Tool. You have to do it again.

I'm trying to made this tutorial as simple as i can..
Things that are needed:
-STOCK ROM OF YOUR PHONE
-SP FLASH TOOL
-YOUR DEADBOOT PHONE
-SOME BRAIN
Now. lets begin:
Firstly.. Extract your Stock Rom.
2..Install the SP FLASH TOOL(V3.XX recommend)
3..On SP TOOL,Click on Scatter box
4..Choose your Scatter .txt (you can find in your STOCK ROM)
5..MARK the DA DL WITH CHECKSUM BOX
**you can see some boxes such as Preloader.EBR,EBR2 etc..
At this point:
MARK THE PRELOADER BOX ONLY
**A POP UP DIALOG WILL APPEAR,click CONTINUE
6..CLICK on Download
7..Attach your phone via usb while pressing vol + and vol -
8..A red bar will appear and wait until a GREEN CIRCLE SHOW UP
## Without doing anything yet..pull your phone from pc and attached back via usb
9..Open SP FLASH TOOL again and Mark ALL BOXES except PRELOADER
(The PRELOADER will be in RED if i not mistaken)
10..Click on DOWNLOAD while pressing the up and down volume button..
11..GREEN CIRCLE SHOW UP.(appxmate in 10 minutes)
You can restart your phone now..
It will take some time..soooo...be patient..
Hi everyone so ive ran out of place to look for help .. I have a Lenovo device which is PB2-650M so i accedentaly bricked it it doesnt boot anymore and charge but can detected by pc .... So i have a stockrom i try to flash it but an error pops up and says "This is a secure baseband chip" and then it ask for a .auth file but i cant find it anywhere i hope someone would be able to help me .. I feel really heart broken about this. Thankyou.

Sure, all you need to do is download correct ROM package,
altogether with SPFlashTools, drivers, instead of using rom's from some stupid sites and noob forums.
Download : PB2-650M_S038_170228_ROW Full ROM package
pass: lenovo-forums.ru
Procedure :
- Unpack All
- Install drivers from \Drivers folder
- Start SPFT
- Click download agent and select "DA_SWSEC_CRYPTO20_0403.bin"
- Press CTRL + ALT + S
- Click auth file and select "auth_sv5_98998_philip.auth"
- Click Scatter loading and select scatter from \SW\target_bin
- Press Download and connect powered off device to usb cable
- Wait for finish.
