I'm in CWM, and I can't sideload because it says "error: device not found". Running "adb devices" shows nothing. I see that Xperia Z2 is not recognized (yellow exclamation point) in device management.
The Google USB drivers aren't recognized. The Google USB drivers with the updated android_winusb.inf I downloaded from Sony in order to fastboot aren't recognized. The Xperia Z2 drivers I got from Sony aren't recognized.
So, could anyone please tell me where I could get some drivers so I can sideload this POS? Or does anyone have any other ideas for why I can't sideload?
I already tried searching for answers and drivers, and checking the sticky, but nobody else seems to be having this problem. Thanks much.
PS: I can't use my sdcard because my sdcard to usb dongle thing just broke. I can't download the zip I need directly onto the phone because it won't boot as is.

Try flashing TWRP, For some reason the CWM drivers for any Xperia just doesnt exist.
TWRP though on the other hand works perfectly fine after you insall the drivers
you can use flashtool to flash TWRP If you have a unlocked bootloader which im asuming you have?

Yeah, I've unlocked the bootloader. I'll give TWRP a shot, then. It's weird that CWM drivers don't exist. Thanks.

Hi I tried to put my friends xperia P into fastboot mode on my windows 8.1 laptop. I have the android sdk and it works perfectly with my
galaxy s4. ADB recognizes my device. However on the P after enabling USB debugging nothing happens. The pc wont recognize anything. Even when i try to boot in fast boot mode the fastboot driver appears on the device manager and suddenly goes away and the phone begins to charge. Please tell me a way to fix this...
You can try this guide:

Hello XDA members
My device is Sony Xperia ZR and I'm in big Trouble. My phone somehow soft bricked without touching or modifying system after reboot. And now I can't flash stock rom via flashtool because It's not working but my phone still can go to fastboot mode.Unfortunately pc not recognizing fastboot devices but I properly installed adb drivers for my device. So I can't do anything to recover my phone. This is very confusing why pc not recognizing my phone even after my phone can go to fastboot mode:crying:.My usb cable is fine so I can't blame it.Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hello,
when I'm in TWRP 3.2.1-0 my computer (Win10) doesn't recognize my Z5C. I hear the sound that a device is detected but it does not appear. Also not in the device manager.
But if I start it normally it works without problems. It occurs only in TWRP and only on my Windows computer. Even if I start a VM on the same computer, the Z5C is found in the VM. Windows 10 and also Linux Mint19.
I have already deleted all drivers and reinstalled them. Does anyone else have a tip? My Z3C is also recognized without problems in TWRP on the same computer.
