Soft-bricked - help please! - AT&T HTC One (M8)

Hello,
I tried to install the Mod Pack by lyapota on my 4.4.4 ROM with Base 4.16.401.10 firmware.
Now my phone won't boot up (stuck on HTC white screen) and restoring via TRWP results in an immediate reboot out of TRWP.
I think I borked the baseband version...
Edit: Bootloader unlocked and S-Off, if that helps (hope so!)
Edit2 : I erased cache via fastboot, and was able to start a nandroid restore...Let's see what happens (fingers crossed).
Edit3: Restore of Nandroid backup successful. Checking everything now...
Baseband remains unchanged from below...not sure if good or bad. Before the 4.4.4 upgrade, it was 4.0
Please help if you can. Thanks!

I have the 4.4.4 radio.img file if you need it. Might be able to flash from fastboot but I'm not sure, may need guidance from wiser members. Let me know and I'll send you an android filehost link.

Thank you - I know how to fastboot the radio image. I'm just wondering if the image from I got from the Lollipop firmware update actually made it a lower number than it was...I think the problem is that I'm on a 4.4.4 ROM with a 5.0.1 firmware and radio...but that's just a guess.
IM me the link - I really appreciate it!

Sounds like it. I noticed in the Lyapota thread you said you were on 4.4.4 but with the 4.16 baseband. Did you flashback from Lollipop to 4.4.4 without downgrading your firmware. If so you can just flash Wonders Never Cease's firmware for 4.4.4 in his rom thread, probably smarter than what I previously suggested.

Hi Johnny,
Yes, I restored 4.4.4 without downgrading the firmware.
Good thinking about flashing WNC firmware. If it includes the radio, that's the ticket.

All of WNC's firmware packages include radio.

Thank you Redpoint - I checked the zip and saw that it had the radio image. It also looks like it has the stock recovery, so I'll need to reinstall TWRP as well.

[Q] GPS and switching rom question's

Hi everyone,
So I am currently using CM10, but for some reason the GPS and MMS doesn't work. My only concern right now is to get GPS working again. After reading the forums the consensus seems to try to go back to sense and get a lock, then re-install CM10. The problem I seem to run into is that if I try to install another ROM it ends up not booting.
So I came here to ask for help. I think it might have something to do with the Kernel version, but I'm not 100% sure.
Specs:
Android version: 4.1.2
Baseband version: 1.12.11.0809
Kernel version: 3.0.51-geb1844c [email protected] #1
CyanogenMod version: 10
Team Win Recovery Project v2.4.1.0
DirtyRacun
Jewel PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
CID-SPCS_001
HBOOT-1.19.2222
RADIO-1.12.11.0809
OpenDSP-V29.1.0.25.0622
eMMC-boot
After typing the specs I have noticed it doesn't say unlocked. Maybe this is the problem?
Ok so to recap here are my questions:
1. Does the kernel matter when installing ROMs?
2. When moving from Stock to any non-Sense ROM what is the correct way to make sure GPS works?
3. Should I be worried that it doesn't say unlocked in the bootloader? It might be re-locked because I tried a factory reset...
4. When does HBoot and Radio version matter?
5. Broad question: Is this the correct method to try to fix the GPS?
Thanks!

[Q] [Noob] what to do with this version? [CID:02_102]

Hello all,
I just bought a One X+ with 02_102 CID and i'm very confused...
i've unlock bootloader and flash TWRP, all seem to be ok. But when i flash a boot.img (Blade) i lost network and wifi...
So i just wondering if i'm obligated to keep my original 02 boot or if i sould repack a rom/kernel with my boot and modules.
I come from a huawei device, i just discovered the htc "particularity" (radio, hboot and other thing totaly new for me...) so please, keep cool, don't punch me and try to be the most possible comprehensive

Is it an at&t branded htc one? 1.26.502.15 doesn't seem familiar to me. 1.26.502.12 does. I can send you the link for that ruu, but if you are ".15" and it is an at&t you will have to use the ruu for the next firmware up as downgrading is not allowed on s-on. Let me know if your htc one has an at&t logo on the back of it.

Need Stock RUU for M7 AT&T

Hello,
I have an htc M7 AT&T and I have cyanogenmod installed. I want to revert back to stock but I can't find the appropriate RUU for my phone. Can anyone please help me find RUU for my phone? Here are the details.
1-Phone is S-ON.
2- HBOOT: 1.55.0000
3- RADIO: 4T.20.3218.13
4-OpenDSP v31.120.274.0617
5- OS: 3.17.502.3
I'm in the same boat, If we had a lollipop stock sense rom we could flash that in custom recovery. Then use Sunshine app to achieve S-Off
