For Odin to detect the Phone, it needs drivers.

hi
I have sony ericsson neo v(MT15i) with unlocked bootloader
my phone is locked with password and I do not know the password.(I need my contacts and other data) , adb debug is not active
I want to install cwm via fastboot , then I will be able to install aroma file manager and I will be able to delete "password.key' and "gesture.key"
if you have adb and fastboot in your pc the only way i can help is this:unzip recoveryneo.zip and get recoveryneo.img.put it in androidsdk/tools.(you must have fastboot there too).then in terminal type:
Code:
fastboot devices (you must see the SN of your device)
fastboot boot recoveryNeo.img
after finish
fastboot reboot
this will not install cwm on your phone.this will just boot in recovery without install it.after you reboot there is no recovery.
Hello,
i have flashed the xperia 2 twrp recovery on my tablet z2. The tablet is not bricked but i cannot boot in the recovery. How can i flashed my old cm11 recovery?
Connect your z2 tablet with the computer and Start the phone in fastboot mode and flash the correct boot.img
To enter fastboot mode unplug your phone from pc then power of your phone after that press volume up and plug in the usb cabel at the same time you press
You will see the led from phone is blue now . now you open cmd.exe in adb folder and write fastboot flash boot "your path to the the boot.img" and press enter
Now it should write the new img and when its finished reboot your phone normaly or with the commando fastboot reboot
I have flashed the boot.img from. Cm11 (4-5x) but when i boot in the recovery the tablet stops in the recovery and the screen is black… no recovery

I think you should install the stock rom over flashtool or check a stock based kernel with recovery and then reinstall cm (flash zip)

After flashing twrp with sp flash tools, i am not able to enter into recovery, however i push volume up + power buttons... Phone keeps booting into normal android mode instead.
USB Vcom driver successfully installed, and spflash tool seems to work fine. Any ideas?
After flashing:
reboot with vol-down and power in that "chinese recovery thing" (look like this http://visihow.com/images/9/99/Samsung-chinese-factory-reset.png )
then connect phone with pc and reboot with adb in "real" recovery (adb reboot recovery)
if you boot normal first, recovery gets overwritten by default recovery
I boot into bootloader by pressing home button + power
adb reboot recovery
Dont boot to twrp
I flashing recovery, but I dont boot to twrp. Which version twrp you used?
Have decided to root my phone with Adb and fastboot devices in Windows 10 and also installed drivers sucessfully and i can se my phone in cmd when i type fastboot devices.
Have unlock the bootloader in the phone and Enabled USB failure search in Advanced settings in developers mode.
When i loaded the Twrp file in cmd with adb i could copy and write the file to my fastboot device but when i reboot the phone into bootloader i se that download mode are disabled.
How can you unlock download mode ?
When i try to reboot into recovery mode i get the Android bot with a red triangle into it.
Im guessing that happens for i dont have download mode enabled and im wounder is the Twrp file on my phone or have that setting stopped this process?
