So yea I have been recently playing around with my phone and putting on Lollipop but just before I was putting Lollipop my phone just all of a sudden gets no service anywhere I go, when I try to ring someone it says that I am in aeroplane mode. I have turned it on and back off but for some reason it still says it, whenever I try to send someone a text it says it will be sent when I have signal.
I need help like urgently as I use this phone for everything.
I used Clockwork mods Lollipop but I don't think that should mess with anything due to it happening before I updated.

you have modem issue i guess , if you have already upgraded/updated to lollipop and afterwards having this issue try flash stock rom 4.4.4 kitkat or ask someone to provide flashable modem zip hopefully that should fix too but i prefer 1st one flash stock rom:good::fingers-crossed:

I cant seem to find a stock rom for my Moto E 1021, could you help?

I was trying to install MIUI on my s4 but it showed up that the software/kernel was not authrorized so I reflashed PAC and saw on another forum that I should use ez unlock to unlock it it (which I did) and then tried to flash it again after wiping and now my phone won't turn on (no recovery or odin either). Help please!
Edit: Okay now this is bad, I just checked the forum and I installed a sprint miui rom (*facepalm*)

to enter download/odin mode from a power off state hold power and volume down. To get to a power off state, pull your battery.
If you can't get to odin mode...I have no idea how you can fix that.

So it's 100% non-responsive? I guess you could call verizon and beg them to help.

If you can't get the phone to do ANYTHING. Not even odin or recovery modes. What other options would you expect there to be?
You can try to get it to do whatever it does when you press the power button while attached to your computer to see if you can get ADB to recognize the device. If so you could potentially force it to go into recovery.

Lol even if you don't understand, your phone still isn't going to work. If you can't get into Download Mode or Recovery, You can send it to get Jtag repaired at a number of places. This is signifcantly cheaper and they can unbrick your phone.

I am noob here but believe me I did every thing to search existing thread and get solution to my problem.
Okay so here is my problem: My LG E970 is stuck in boot loop. Phone starts and it stays on for about 30-45 seconds and then again it restarts. This loop continues.
1. I tried Safemode and the problem still exists.
2. I tried to flash stock ROM with LGNPST by going through download mode and still issue exists.
3. I tried Tinybeen "E970_Original_TeenyBin-AA.bin" with LGNPST and still no solution to problem.
I am also not able to fast boot i.e. when I press volume up + power on then only LG logo keeps on flashing.
Please help me what I am missing. I thought flashing stock ROM should solve all the problem.

What happened before the bootloop? what were you trying to do? LGNPST should restore your phone back to life, I had a few issues with it though(at 85% program would display error, phone would bootloop), had to try different PCs till phone got flashed to 100% and phone booted as normal.

I had my phone in charging and when I removed it this problem started. My phone was rooted. But thanks for your suggestion - let me try on different machine because in my case LGNPST goes to 85% and then phone reboots. I read that it should be fine if it goes to 67% or 85% and reboots.

It's supposed to be, but your phone has to reboot and work, not get stuck in bootloop. I had to do it on a winxp machine for it to work, dunno why it didn't work on my laptop with win7.
Okay - so I tried on different laptop and still issue exists. Please see my two laptops are on Windows 7.
This is strange because LGNPST is successful in loading stock BIN. Also, Teenybin is giving same issue. Will give it a try again and keep you posted.

Teenybin is your best bet. After flashing press vol up to enter recovery and flash another rom. Teenybin is not a rom so the phone will not fully boot.

So you mean I flash Teenybin with LGNPST first and then flash any custom ROM?
But to flash custom rom the bin file should be on phone. Correct? How can I copy file to phone when my phone keeps booting.
Also - any suggestion for stable custom ROM - in the meantime I can keep it for download.

If teenybin flash was succesful (there are 2 teenybins, I used the altbin for best results), you should get stcuk on a screen saying google in white letters. Reboot phone and press vol up to get to recovery.
As for custom roms, depends on preference. I am currently using snowjb1.1 (stock with best gaming performance), but EG8, mydeodexed and artmod seem nice(all stock). If you want kitkat, flash the kit kat TWRP recovery and then flash any kitkat rom(I tried Vanir, beanstalk, psx, commotio, they are all nice)
So to flash any rom it needs to be on phone memory or I will need to source SD card and copy rom on that?

It can be on the sd card. If the TWRP teenybin installs doesn't read your sd card, install a newer one(I'm using TWRP 2.6.3.0 non kitkat version)
I used TeenyBin[AltBin] with LGNPST and now I am able to Fastboot.
At present I am in recovery menu.
Can I copy stock bin "LGE970ATT-V20j-Stock.bin" to SD card and install it with help of TWRP? Please guide.

Nope, it wont flash.
Bin is used for LGNPST flashing. You need a rom that is already packed and ready for flashing via recovery. Look in the android development section, pick a rom and download.

But, I am not getting network i.e. no signals even though SIM card is active and working on other phone. I tired re-inserting SIM/ re-booting / Airplane mode on and off but still it don't show cell phone signals.
Please let me know what should I do to resolve this issue?

If u have bootloops issue you just need to format data/cache, sometimes internal storage.. through recovery.. Now you probably mess you efs.. In that case use Lgnpst back to fix it

Oh - I was not aware of that.
So, now I need to go to download mode and simply flash stock bin using LGNPST.
That will resolve issue? or do I need to take care of anything else?

Try flashing jellybean att radio in recovery, if that doesn't flash back to stock with lgnpst.
If you can quickly point to download link then nothing like that.

I updated my Galaxy Note 10.1(2012 Edition)(N8000) to Android KitKat 4.4.2 via the Germany Stock ROM, but my device is from South Africa. Everything went well but I now get the error "unfortunately com.android. systemui has stopped" and goes back to lock screen every time I try to call using the default Phone app

Have you back up your files before coding your LG? How about using Factory Resets?

it got my phone back working but now i cant update my phone and im stuck on jelly bean. im new to this kind of stuff so i dont know if this is normal or not but is there any way i can update normally again?

alright i fixed my problem by doing a hard reset after that it gave me a almost 700mb update and i had kitkat again now i want to know how to make a back up before i do anything so i don't have to go through that again. also is there a newbie guide some where that can help me out with all the other stuff that can save my ass?

if you have Cwm or twrp recovery then goto backup and restore and choose backup

Im currently running liquidsmooth on my g3 and im unable to get a GPS lock. Tried using gps fix in the playstore and still nothing. I've made sure location is on and in high accuracy mode.
Also restored a backup i had of jasmineROM and still have the same problem...

Try restoring your stock ROM not Jasmine. Get a lock in Device Only Mode. Leave location on then hop into TWRP and clean flash your ROM of choice.
That in most instances will fix your issue.

Ended up doing as you said but still am not able to get a lock in liquid after flashing and getting a lock on the stock/rooted/deodexed rom posted in the android development subforum here.
Thinking it might just be a custom rom issue but i'll keep flashing other roms and see what happens. If you or anyone else has any ideas, I'm all ears!

If you are not getting a lock on any ROM your flashing, if you don't have your true stock backup TOT / KDZ back to stock may be your only option.
I usually get a lock and leave GPS on before I flash another ROM and usually I have no issues.
Hopefully you get it going

Yeah that's probably what im gonna end up doing. I usually have gps off all the time until i absolutely need it. Ended up biting me in the ass this time.
So I saw this lollipop rom(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2716306) and I was waiting for the official one from htc but this had what I wanted. It said I need to have the 4.4.4 firmware but I didnt know how to get it because I couldnt get the ota update on stock for a certain reason and so it flashed the 4.4.4 gpe rom then after that I flashed the 5.0 rom but now I have no wifi and when I reboot its in the bootloop and I dont know what to do now. I would appreciate it if anyone could try and help me. Thank you.
If you just flash a GPe rom it dosent mean you flashed the firmware. I was actually having this same problem so I just flashed the US Dev Sense 4.4.4 firmware and the Lollipop rom worked fine.

Scroll all the way down and look for the 3.28.1540.5 firmware and flash that.

still need help? you need to just get back to bootloader an then enter recovery wipe device an restore a working backup so your phone is working an then go from there.

Yea just do a wipe before...wipe both cache an data,system an then flash ROM should be good. Let me know what happens.

Thanks im downloading the firmware now. Ive been waiting for the official update from HTC when that comes out should I flash that or should I stick with the one I have now.

I also tried to adb sideload the rom to re flash it but that didnt work it said on my phone it couldnt put the file on my phone so it tried to put it on my ram. Are you sure that was the right firmware I have an att htc one m8. Also do you know what I can do or known some one that can help.
