It's easy to fix Just follow my steps. :fingers-crossed:
1.Prepare the rom which was running ok before, for example, for me it was @satanduck 's prerooted TWRP S124 rom.
2.Open the SP flash tool.
3.Load the scatter file from the rom which worked ok for you.
4.Tick the box that says 'DA DL All With Check Sum'
5.Hit Firmware Upgrade
Now is the hardest step
1.Open the cover of your phone.
2.Look for the red reset button which was close to SD card and press it a few times.
3.Connect USB cable to your phone and firmware upgrade should start and wait for the green circle! :good::laugh:
Best luck :good:

Hi,
Please verify that you have a correct production date. I got a P780 after 0314. please try the solution on this post
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52665841&postcount=16
If this resolves your problem, that keep that preloader. With that you can almost flash every rom that there is with the flashtool.
(i'm very satisfied with the latest rom on needrom Vibeui2.0 (the rom page also offers the new preloader )
Greetz,
btw to try to flash with the new preloader set up the flashtool, push the red button on the back of your phone, connect the phone an release the button. If all the drivers are correct your phone will be flashed. ( this new batch phones gave me a heart attack also , mine wasn't even 12 hours active before i softbricked it )

When I push the red button, phone can not be recognized by computer. Only I press the volume-up button, it can be recognized by computer.
I start the flash, then push volume-up button to make it connected, but then got BROM error. I attach the screen picture.

You must have this FlashTool - SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119. Not Optional.
Check if your phone is produced in 2014. If it is you must use another preloader.

I have the exact same issue. Flashing stock S124 after (rooted) S223 with SpTools messes something up.
I managed to do a TWRP restore to go back to S221 but I can't use SpTools anymore.
I get the same SpTools error message. Only after pressing the red reset button my phone will then come back to life.

Your preloader seems to be messet up. I have one problem the same like yours yesterday. It took like 4 hours to solve the problem. The problem was like this:
The computer was not recognizing the phone when the phone was powered off. Sooo.. what i did: i opened device manager in the computer, then i attached the phone. Something new has appeared in the device manager for a seccond. I clicked fast on it. A small window hass appeared. From this step i was safe. I just updated the driver and that wass it. I could flash the ROM i wanted.
Hope this helps you.

Thanks for your explanation, you seem to be the absolute guru on this site for this device! I think you are right about the preloader being messed up. I tried to install the USB driver (again) for the new device that the computer now sees. It is listed in the device manager as "Unknown Device" under USB controllers. I can't seem to force it to accept new USB drivers for it (Lenovo drivers). It keeps saying that the driver is not compatible with the device. I use Win 7 64bit, could that have something to do with it? Also is it possible to flash a new preloader using TWRP? If I press the reset button on my phone it reboots fine (rooted S221) and I have TWRP installed.

Thanks !!! ^^ Finally I won !!! You are like the proffesion in P780 !!! Stympy , another thing i want to ask you , how to root S223 the rom that you give ? I saw there was an alternative scatter in your S223 .
Hey Guys
I bricked my P780 and didnt do a backup. I formated the phone with SpFlashTool, afterwards the Flashing didnt work. And a second format didnt work too.
Now i tried nearly every possible tutorial on the web...
I am using win7
My main problem is that i am using SpFlashTool (newest version) and i get an 4032 Error if i try to download the rom.
I tried nearly every Rom for the p780 with every possible scatter file.
I tried nearly every MediaTek DA VCOM USB Driver, MediaTek PreLoader VCOM USB Driver and MTK USB Port Driver and always with no success.
I even plugged out the battery (its not removable) without damaging the phone...

Hi. Because you have formated your nand you must reinstall your drivers, because your preloader now is messed up.
In order to do that you must do this:
1. Install drivers.
2. Go to device manager and let the window open.
3. Connect your phone and new hardware should appear for just a seccond or 2 max, something with MTK 6.5.XXX.
4. Click very fast on the little new thing that appear there because will desapear.
5. Now press the button to update drivers hardware. In one of my posts you will find an archive with the right drivers. Drivers are on the archive uploaded here.
6. After the drivers are installed your PC should recognize the phone.
7. After this the steps should be the same to flash your ROM. Oh and by the way: Press Firmware Upgrade button not Download. And dont forget to check DA/DL With Checksum... option
8. Waiting for feedback.
9. Good Luck.

Hi,
I installed Lenovo P780 VibeUI 2.0 version: VIBEUI_V2.0_1512_DEV_P780 and gapps-kk-20150404-minimal-edition-signed.zip.
Then I installed Google Calendar from Play Store. Unfortunately it doesn't sync. If I go to settings/accounts/google there is no "google calendar data" option to choose.

Unfortunately I used [GApps][4.4.2][AROMA]_Aroma_Installer_GApps-v1.5.2 and didn't wipe data before/after. After rebooting the phone got "Lenovo launcher stopped, must be closed". After swithching the phone off and on end up with an infinite bootloop.
I rebooted the phone into recovery mode and wiped data, cache and dalvik and tried to reinstall VIBEUI_V2.0_1512_DEV_P780. After the first launch there is only a chinese text (I guess it might be some error, after clicking the button the same error apears again and again).
I tried to flash a custom revovery (as I end up with a Lenovo-Recovery with nothing to do) with a Flash Tool V5.13.52.200 as described in other thread but after clicking "download" and connecting the phone nothing happens (phone shows red light and a battery charge screen). Hi. You are lucky. Your phone is detected by your computer !
All you have to do is to flash a custom recovery TWRP CN Version.
After this you could download your firmware again and put it on sd card ! reboot to recovery wipe and reflash your firmware !

Dear Developers,
I need help with my nitro A311
I rooted it with Kingroot App second time,,

So I unrooed it after removing that app..but problem persists,,,
sometimes no launcher works on it and system settings starts crashing again and again -
whenever I install any new app or use system twearking apps like app lock, tasker or gallery locker.
after reboots it works good ,,
But sometimes during reboot it does not start and starts rebooting again and again untill I remove the battery and starts it manually.
can anyone help me know what damage I have done and How to solve this problem,,
Please help.. (sorry for any language mistake )

You must install vcom deivers manually.
http://www.micromaxinfo.com/datahan...ection=mobile-canvas-nitro-a311&file=A311.rar
Open ygdp in compatibility mode for windows xp.
Password:369
Add cpb firmware. (Not explaining how to as u have already done it.)
Click on apply update.
Switch off your phone and connect it. Make sure you hold volume up key before connecting and keep held till you see device in YGDP.
Click on start.
There should be no problem that way.
