IT'S BASED ON D618 ROM, SO IT WILL WORK JUST ON D618
Based on the stock 4.4.2 V10F, some added features to the system and a small graphic changes.
Complete list of changes:
Full deodex system
Added root, busybox and SD card write fix
Added some user apps (you can delete it)
Changed the animation transitions and pop-up notifications
Changed bootanimation, shutdownanimation and boot sound (you can delete it from /data/.OP/OPEN_CIS/ if you like stock)
Several icons in the status bar converted into animation
Notification icons (in expanded status bar) in the gray circle (ala lollipop)
Added button "Delete" in Screenshot preview (in expanded status bar)
Added network speed view in status bar and expanded status bar (configured in the Monolithic OS Settings)
Added band RAM in recents menu (configured in the Monolithic OS Settings)
Added Xposed and G2 TweaksBox in Monolithic OS Settings (configure interface how you want!)
Added autostarts control (in the Monolithic OS Settings)

Installation:
Due to the nature of the system installation is done through 2 archives:
1. Download the first archive and copy on the device (preferably on an external card): >>>LINK<<<
2. Go to the recovery and flash first archive (without any wipes).
3. Restart the phone and wait for the update applications.
4. Download the file and the second on the throw device (preferably on an external card): >>>LINK 2<<<
5. Go to the recovery again and flash second archive (without any wipes).
6. Reboot.
7. Install the latest update through recovery or do it over the air: Settings -> Options for Developers -> Monolithic OS Settings -> Monolithic OS updates
8. Enjoy
After this, go to Settings -> Options for Developers -> Monolithic OS Settings and set the modifications as you want.
Updates:
There will be an update (I will add features).
But you can update "over the air" via Settings -> Options for Developers -> Monolithic OS Settings -> Monolithic OS updates
All the newer updates include the previous ones, so that the latest version of swing immediately !!

If you read Changelog you will see that I don't do any global system changes (just deodex). I think it will not change speed of device.
P.S. What for you works slow in G2 mini? I think all is OK and stock is nice, of course better than buggy CM11...
P.P.S. I try to compile kernel from LG and github sources but always many was errors and I give up it. But if I could compile it sucessfully I could include governors and overclocking of processor what maybe speed upour phone...

Device is getting slow when multi-tasking. But its okay anyway. I just want to change to a Custom Rom. Thanks for this. I really appreciate it.

I once had an LG L7 and the best Rom's were like the one you posted, based on the original (made by a user of the "forum.android.com.pl").
Future could make the file available in KDZ format?
For me it is easier to pass the ROM by "LG Flash Tool" than unlock bootloader and install CWM.

Part1 of the archive seems to be okay. But..
When I downloaded part2 of the archive, it appears to be a folder and not a .zip file. I tried to compress it and flash it using twrp but no good.
But my phone still works fine even I only flashed part1. No change in UI. Like nothing really happened.
But please help me. I really want to use this ROM.

No, you need not delete any data. Script deleted just /system/app, /system/priv-app/, /system/framework/, /data/.OP/OPEN_CIS/ (boot and shutdown animations).
P.S. You can see a string in expanded status bar that view CPU ceores frequency, but it's on Russian. I will fix it today and release update (check Settings -> Developer Settings -> Monolithic OS -> Monolithic OS updates sometimes).

I can't do it, I can only unpack kdz, not pack back...
And I think it's easier once unlock bootloader and install recovery than do it after every kdz flash...
So, we no need to wipe anything? Great rom

I tried, but when compile official kernel sources there are many errors. I don't know how to correct them. With MSM8226 kernel from github also errors...

First you must unlock bootloader and install custom recovery. If you already installed that, you should disable your phone. Than press buttons "Power+volume down", when you'll see a logo LG release button "power" and again press it. Than choose "Yes" two times and you'll be in recovery.

FOR THIS VERSION AT THE MOMENT CWM RECOVERY IS NOT SUPPORTED
cwm lacks the fix permissions script needed to ensure certain data settings remain intact
future versions will improve on this, however for now use TWRP
Install notes for test version 1 (this will change dramatically with upcomming versions)
FIRST (ESPECIALLY IF COMING FROM 4.3)
wipe everything in recovery except internal and external sd
(wipe>advanced)
reboot into recovery (IMPORTANT)
then install from there.
install cm11 first
boot to system
This is an update add on to cm11 based roms
flash update reboot (to write data to system)
flash update again, fix permissions, (edits data after a boot)
reboot
(i have been working on a much improved install procedure that should ensure a one step install,
the reason for editing data is to pre-set some app settings
without having to edit individual apk files, this increases
compatibility and ensures things still work as intended as apps get updated)
open pie control give admin
open wanam press update install (to force admin)
will need to open a few other apps also will list as found
future versions should take care of this automagically.
can use hide apps to hide unwanted apps from the launcher (this will also be preset in the future)
i usually use it to hide all the wanam modules and not the xposed installer.
then use xposed installer , modules to edit settings as needed.
also can hide anything else you want to leave installed but not see.
these apps may need root enabled (just open and try and change something) should prompt..

texdroider dpi (if wanted)
file manager
xhalo floating windows (wanam module)
app hider (to hide apps optional)
also there are some included themes under the settings menu themes.
ignore the warning and just press apply, (stock cm11, blackout, twstyle)
may also want to uncheck and recheck all the wanam modules and reboot after to be sure they all actually get set.
ADVANCED USERS/USERS WANTING TO USE THIS ON TOP OF ANOTHER CM11 BUILD
STILL READ ABOVE NOTES>
Dirty flash on top of any running cm11 system should be fine (unconfirmed)
NOT WIPING DATA SHOULD BE FINE ALSO IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON A 4.4 BUILD.

flash update reboot (to write data to system)

I have had no issues going back to 4.3
both by install of a mj4 rom or by recovering a backup,
though i do recommend ..
wipe everything but internal and external sd
reboot recovery
then install whatever you want from there.
upload almost done...

i have had no issues at all restoring.
though every timebefore i even try i am sure to wipe everything but internal and externall sd and reboot back into recovery
from there i have restored from both with no problem

Flashed this yesterday on my F400S.
Everything is working fine except for audio streaming (APT-X) over Bluetooth.
I am using a SONY MDR-1RBTMK2 Bluetooth stereo headphone.
I am getting audio however the pitch and speed is not correct.
I have used the pitch and speed option in Eq however they are only able to compensate 75-80%.

Auto hide is included by LG for apps you choose. So maybe just reducing its height?

If you remember, for G2 F320K there was a 10D internal KDZ that has this future. But LG in the future has rejected this choice.

Thats why reducing its an option. I've seen it on a G Pro 2 rom. Its much nicer.

Qmemoplus also has a widget, which when i look in widgets to add to my home screen is not there. Its no biggie, the LGQMemPluswidget must be missing.

I dont know its exact name, but its the widget part of the Qmemo. I will try find it on another rom.
Is root explorer not a paid for app? If so you shouldn't be distributing it in your rom, unless you had permission from the dev, which I doubt he would give.

In fact free ES File Manager has all the root explorer capabilities. User just has to turn it on. Above all this is one excellent app.
my phone already has root, for whatever reason I am not able to install this ROM, I get an error saying it can't read sideload, but that is how I rooted
@hoangnova bro can u check the volume output of headfone and speaker? I found both outputs are way too low. Used ViperFX but didnt improve much.

Now I didn't odin the od1 firmware,but I did flash rom,after boot screen phone goes black.I have to pull battery.powered up into recovery,re did my backup.now I didn't let it sit,maybe instead of the boot screen going until it boots it just goes black? I will try again later after phone charges up more....
YES ROM DID BOOT,takes some time.

Sorry! I forgot to put the big disclaimer in the flash process. I've added this line to the OP. "*Please remember that Lollipop and Deodexed ROM's don't like to play nice with each other and require some time to get acquainted before the ROM will boot. It is not uncommon for the first boot to take between 10 and 20 minutes!"
1. There is a problem Philz Touch v6.41.6 on G900P (build version OG1 )
when flash Philz Touch v6.41.6 with ODIN. Error occurs (Fail)
So I Used TWRP
2. There is a problem when I use APP Associated with Root (ex. root explorer )
phone become freeze, APP Goes Down
3. I can show SuperSU. but rootchecker show to me that this phone have not root access
this is Korea and I am not goot at English
I used TWRP To Flash This Rom. It Worked. Waited AFew Minutes On The Boot Animation. Then Screen Turns Black. I Take Out The Battery Then Back In. Then It Installs Android Updating. Then Setup Home Screen All Well

Thank you so much for this! Can't wait to give it a spin tonight. Is there a way to revert the soft buttons back to stock function within the ROM, or would it be too much trouble to create/upload a zip that does that? Just a preference of mine, no big deal if you can't.
This sounds awesome! I'm quite partial to the normal button behavior, though. Is there any way to change it back?

I'll have to see what I can do.
After having issues getting the rom to boot the first time through Philz. I went through the wiping process again and installed the rom. The second time, I was able to get the rom to boot. When rebooting in recovery and it ask you to apply the root, I selected "no" the second attempt and it worked. Rom went through boot screen, hit the black screen, pulled battery, rebooted and then got the optimizing apps. Hope this helps anyone having issues. Thanks again, cant wait to give this a go!
Finally a ROM that runs nice and smooth without so much bloat. Great work! The ONLY thing I am wondering is how to remove the bootscreen sound? It's the only thing I don't like. Thanks for the awesome work.

Lol I was super proud of that boot sound! The original Terminator intro. But since you said lots of other nice things, I'll forgive your lack of taste and tell you how to fix it.
To remove it go to system/media/audio and delete PowerOn.ogg from there and the SPR and XAS folders.
I love the boot animation. The rom runs very smooth and fast. Waiting for the updater date. Forces close when i try to open itt. I would love 3minit battery mod on This rom. Wish someone can make a flashable zip for the ones that want it. I know i do

Haha thanks man. I actually do like the sound of it but I just think it lasts a bit too long. Appreciate it and loving this ROM so far. Coming off of using MOAR for a long time but it lagged my phone so badly and drained my battery. Kind of forgot how fast this phone can be!

Installation steps for J320AZ/AG/A J321AZ
On android 6.0.1
1- Be completely in the complication J320AZTUS3AQG1 . J320AUCS3AQG1 and J320AUES2APJ2

3-Yhen download and install flashfire
4-Download the Custom ROM and pass it to the micro sd or internal memory
5-To use flashfire go settings change the date to year 2013
6-Open flashfire give permissions, then select flash zip or OTA, they look for the downloaded file they select it, select Mount/system read/ write
7-select wipe , they select the first 3, they select internal storage and select the pigeon
8=Selec FLAHS and OK
9=Wait 10 to 20 minutes and enjoy
10=Well, if you install the rom, the files of the internal memory will not be deleted. Reset the factory cell phone from settings
On android 7.1.1
1-Use odin to downgrade to android 6.0.1 After unzipping the folder come 4 files select in the corresponding places, same as in the csc file you will have to decompress it with 7-zip and odin select PIT and look for the PIT in the csc folder as you select it when you return to 6.0.1
do not download more of that compilation if it's not going to leave error
2-Then remove the battery from your cell phone, put it back again press home key plus volume up button more power button select restart factory and restart
3-Follow the steps of android 6.0.1

Install in J320M/F/FN/G
1-Have a custom recovery preferably TWRP
2-That your phone is 100% loaded to avoid errors when installing the rom
3-Download the rom and the fix, transfer them to the micro sd card
4-Restart your phone in recovery moded
5-select wipe, advanced wipe, select Dalvik/ART Caché, system, data, internal storage and caché, slide the blue button to the right
6-Back again in Wipe select Swipe to factory Reset
7-Back select install they look for the rom to flash later they do the same and they look for the fix to flash
8-flashing fix only for j320G or fix for J320M
Bug screen flicker J320F/FN
Solution:
Can be fixed by installing Good Lock! IMPORTANT when installing Good Lock will change the appearance of your systemiu to AOSP!
To solve the photo editor download an updated version
On Reboot Blue Light Filter will auto-activate
To fix it temporary, go to Settings -> Display -> And just tap Screen Mode
Wifi fix:
modify the line below in /system/build.prop:
