Yes it will work, you may just need to flash a new modem adapted to Canadian network frequencies. Read this and that.

its an automatic update just hit update on your settings. and korean is MB861 but works the same as the MB860. and you dont need to be in korea... i have a KT korea carrier, and i got my update while in philippines on vacation just need a wifi connection

can anyone help me i have atrix 4g korea stock working fine on my sim ( smart philippines ) after rooting all is good even droid vpn works fine after successfully unlocking the phone all is woking but i installed aurora rom after the phone starts the sim wont get detected even imei was lost can anyone give a hand ?

few days back i brought a new karbonn Smart Tab 8 Velox its dosent work with vodafone 3g data card (im located in india ) is there any way to change firmware or software for to work with vodafone

I'm from Vietnam, I have just come USA about one month.
My problem is: I have SKY pantech A870L korea vesion , but when i come USA i have t-mobile sim, and use it with my phone, but i can't connect 3g or Lte network, just connect to 2g ( very slow) . I trying uprom (any rom, vietnam rom, korea rom) but the problem not solved. Please help me, give me some ideas to solve this problem :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: . thank you so much for help !!

You can't. That phone uses different bands then the US. You will have to get a world phone.

"World phone", also known as a quad band phone. If you want an unlocked phone to work on T-Mobile's LTE, it'll need to support band 4.

Well, I don't think there's nothing much you can do with your phones as the US mobile network operated at different band and your device may not be supporting that band better option for you would be getting a new phone form the vendor other than this no other option can help you much with the problem you are currently experiencing.

i am using the D.A. version it is stable but based on stock 4.4.4. Search google for D.A.Rom for shv-e210l you will find it easily.

Thnx for the info. Am currently using stock (korean firmware) E210LKLUKOB1 Android 4.4.4 for the samsung s3 shv-e210l (because i didn't get any other firmware / rom to work) but experiencing Call Drops with this Rom. After 2-3 minutes the call just drops completely and i dont know how to solve this yet...
I' m using it on European networks instead of Korean so i guess it' s probably a modem / network issue. (Also since shutting down mobile data solves the call drops) Please let me know which network you are using with the D.A. Rom so i can figure out if it might also work on my network.

I have also faced the call drop issue but this rom is fantastic there is no problem in it. i am from pakistan and using telenor

Rcently my redmi note 9 pro got hardly bricked after flashing a wrong region rom.After too many struggles the phn got its life back.But now one more issue arised that there's no network at all.Now the technician asking for more money to fix this network.
Its too much for me,as im just a student.
I need to know if i can repair this network problem myself.
Can anyone let me know about the procedures?
