I have a Sony Xperia Sola device I deleted a video that I want to recover from internal memory without rooting the device. Is it possible? If so, how is it done? I have tried with PC Companion but I do not see any option for that.

suddenly i lost all files stored in memory card (photos,videos,etc,,,,) can any one help me with a name for application to restore lost files

First take your memory card from phone and connect it to laptop or computer through card reader. Then you may try Remo Recover tool to recover your lost files. I hope you may get your lost files.

Thanks for help but sony xperia p doesn't have memory card ,, only internal storage
I dnt know what Ive done last night
But all the files in my internal storage are disappeared.
I mean the image file.
So any way to find the file out?
My device is a Sony Xperia SP , which is rooted but with locked BL.

PS.Never ask me to use MSC mode instead of MTP, as my photos are save in internal memory

Hello everybody,
I have unintentionally deleted all my photos and videos from the internal storage of my Note 3.
Apparently, the only way to recover them would be to root the device (and void tje warranty).
Do you confirm that there is no way at all to manually dump the folder where were the videos from the internal storage as a Virtual Hard Drive file?
I cannot post the links where I read that, as I am a newbie ( not yet allowed)
Is there a hope to recover deleted files without rooting?
I don't wish to root and void the warranty because the phone may be sent for repair bexause of unexpexted reboots. They would notice the rooting (Knox e-fuse).
The firmware is N9005XXUDMJ7

hi everyone,
yesterday i unlocked the bootloader of my Z2, lucky me i forgot to take a backup of the internal memory and sadly now everything it is gone.
is there any way to restore the pictures from it, i tried many things including this thread
