I have a Sony Xperia Sola device I deleted a video that I want to recover from internal memory without rooting the device. Is it possible? If so, how is it done? I have tried with PC Companion but I do not see any option for that.

First take your memory card from phone and connect it to laptop or computer through card reader. Then you may try Remo Recover tool to recover your lost files. I hope you may get your lost files.

Thanks for help but sony xperia p doesn't have memory card ,, only internal storage

But all the files in my internal storage are disappeared.
I mean the image file.
So any way to find the file out?
My device is a Sony Xperia SP , which is rooted but with locked BL.

PS.Never ask me to use MSC mode instead of MTP, as my photos are save in internal memory

Hi guys,
When I was upgrading my phone (Xperia Go) to JB, I found that the Screenshots had disappeared, and that they are not showing up in the internal storage, file explorers or in gallery apps. I'm not sure if this is to do with me trying to cut the files onto my computer, but it seems strange that is has disappeared.
Can anyone help me recover them?

Simply put... You can't!!!
You can use an app like Folder Mount for transfering the data of the app from internal SD to external SD....
So I did with for example Navigon or Sygic navigation.... This saves a lot of memory on internal SD which is shared with system memory....
Does the new 4.4.4 update not resolve this issue?
