I've got a gear fit with the first firmware out of the box and I'd like to know if it's Worth updating it, what new functions do the updates bring ?

The update doesn't work for me. The new version will not connect to the Fit!

Hi guys,i have this phone which is unlocked..on the back it says at&t but it works on my number here in Montenegro(Europe),so i want to update it..i cant update it with OTA,so my choice is up to Kies..but i am afraid if i update it with kies that my phone will lock for that at&t and i want be able to use it,is that true?Does anyone have experiance like that,i d really use a help.Thanks

Hi Zuki,
Normally Kies always takes the latest update of original firmware (region). If you're actually able to use others than AT&T it will always be the case before and after updates.
And if I'm not wrong, a Network lock is only placed on a phone before the sale, not with updates.

Could you post a screenshot showing the build number in "About Phone"? Could possibly have reached many of us already. Did you reboot after the update?

I have tried installing this TAR in mine bought in China but it failed in Odin.
mine is G9250ZCU1AOD9.
any ideias to make it work?
or there is no way and I should just look for a way to install the play store on it and live with the rest like stock chinese?

Mine is stock. No root so it updated fine.
Hi Every one,
I have Huawei Honor 7 which is purchased from UAE and i am still using it in UAE not getting updates any more. Don't know why it is showing Build number PLK-L01C185B120, but on internet there are so many updaets available. But i want only OTA Updates. I haven't recieved Marshmallow updates yet. Please help me with this mater. Thanks

But how? It is not updating automatically and stuck at B120. When i check manually for updates, it says that "No Updates".
Is there any process to get that update.?

Maybe you had unrooted phone or you have phone from not offcial sources, or from very poor country. For example, i have OTA fro b120 to b130, but instalation is not succesful, because i had unlocked phone, and now it is not going back, maybe only after wipe of user data, but now it is not for me good.

I got the same update as well yesterday in india. It seems to be an update that was released in other countries quite a while ago, it added 2 new apps- my galaxy and smart manager. Didn't notice much difference besides that.

That was an old update. If i remember correctly i got that update way back may or june 2016
Didn't receive it yet .. can I get the update from the internet and update my phone?, since it's still 5.0.2 right?

You can download the update on the internet and than you can install it with Odin

i want csc file from this update want to change my existing one of epsil rom becuase it doesn't updated to latest csc. plz can u upload?
I just bought a Sony xperia 1 IV from taipei and currently using it in India. Since the time i purchased the phone, i am getting update notifications either from sony or google, 3-4 times in one day. Initially i updated them all, but everytime after updating the phone would restart thus affecting the battery and the SOT. My worry is are these daily updates necessary or just bloating the phone??
Please do reply if anyone else is facing the issue and how to turn off these updates excluding the real important ones.

Just flash latest firmware with the newsflasher, it contains all the updates

It's the same for our device, just make sure to download firmware for 1 iv
Please use Sony PC companion only to update firmware to newest version.
Avoid using new flasher if you've never tried it
