Install Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip in CWM from http://androidsu.com/superuser/
If you have CWM then you have already rooted it
As I understood you want to change the program that grants SU access to other apps?
Why do you need that?
I think that you will not have any better changes from that...

Hey, did you look in SuperSu settings? There is everything you need. By the way I can't see the rationale to absolutely change your Su app and binary. They are now both the same in features.
Check in SuperSU settings there are options to ease the transition to superusrr, than download superuser on Play, and update the binary.
You dont have to root to have CWM you can remove the cache file in the CF root file. And you will have CWM and no super user

install superSU from the market, then approve and install binary, do not uninstall superuser as requested by superSU. the use rootbrowser and go to system/app and delete superuser.apk. done.

SuperSU problem!

Okay folks we definitely got a problem here.
I just booted into a new rom and as soon as i opened superSU,it said "SU binaries need to be updared, continue?"
I click on yes nd then i click on install normally rather than through cwm
After that it says installation failed! And supersu closes off.
I need help how shall i update the damned binaries?
Help will be highly appreciated!

Why don't You try to download it from Play Store?
And there was sth called "super user update fixer", but it was for superuser, not superSU, which You're using.
@coolancool,
Use this superuser app, it's better than supersu & hasn't any problem with the binaries update.

[Q] xposed installer won't install

I have just installed xposed installer but it shows the big red label the latest version is NOT active in the module section. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, master reset, several reboots, but nothing changes. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Assuming that you are rooted, once you install Xposed, open the app, click on "Framework", Click Install/Update button, reboot. That should do. Else, confirm you've rooted properly and have latest busybox installed.

According to root checker I'm rooted. Busybox will not install. Now what? Thanks

There lies your problem. System partition is not writable & busybox is not installed. Try rooting once again. Also install try installing busybox using Flashtool.

Have you actually installed Supersu? You may have 'rooted' using Root Tools etc but have you installed a root management app and installed the binaries?

Yes CM has its own SuperUser. You have to enable it in the Dev. Settings

Well... you just have to scroll down a bit in the dev-settings and the second entry under OEM-Unlock (called "Root access") is where you can choose whether adb, apps or both can request root.

Yes. You can. Substantially the Built-In SuperUser does the same than SuperSU
