Help, no video - LG G Watch

I have a LG G watch, about 2 months old, purchased new. First, let me say that I have flashed nothing. The only that thing that happened is that last night I changed the plastic band to a metal one. I made sure it was fully charged and went to bed. Got up this morning and the screen would not wake up. I feel vibrations occasionally, but no video. When I first got up I thought, wow, it really drained the battery completely, how odd. So I put it on the charger. But still nothing. Completely blank. I have tried powering it off and on again and I have tried resetting it. There are vibrations when I place it on or remove it from the charger. Any hope? Not sure about warranty protection.

[Q] 1 year old HTC HD2 dead? Different situation

Good evening.
Well, i know there are like hundred other threads about dead HD2's, but this is strange:
I bought this used HD2 yesterday, 1 year old, never used with stock ROM. I have been using it all day today, after it was recharged all night. But the well known freezing issue started about late afternoon, and i took the battery out and replaced it, and it worked fine again. It did until i went to bed, where i just checked my facebook, and wanted to close down and sleep. Then it froze again, and now it won't start at all. I also charged the phone for about 40 minutes this evening. When i try to turn on the phone, it either vibrates shortly, or light up the hardware buttons, but no screen. I took the battery out and in again, nothing. Tried to charge it, no red lamp, nothing. No bending pins under the battery, i can't hard reset. When i tried to hard reset it, i could hear the sound, like when i turn the volume up and down, so it must be turned on, just not the screen. Tried to put small paper-bits under the battery, nothing. Now i will try to charge it all night, but it won't work, i think.
Also, i tried to lick the battery, and yes, it works.
Is the phone dead? Should i call the service-provider and get it repaired?
Thanks in advance and merry christmas!
so it seems (if i am right) the problem is possibly your screen. correct? (or more, right?)
can you boot into bootloader? doesn't seem like you can....
one option to see if your phone is working and your screen is bust is:

never used it myself, but you can see your phone on your computer. if all looks normal there, well then your screen is bust. if not, and you can't get into bootloader, then it seems the phone is all bust.
Well... Now it works again after having the battery out all night, inserting it, waiting just 15 minutes and then turning it on! Is there a way to avoid this? Some fix or something?
I suspect that the reason it was onsale
I thhink we have the same problem here,.... is your device getting a little warm on the back....

Combo! Super Hot Phone and Image Persistence

Late last night, as I was going to bed, my phone was throwing the "charge me" sound and notification flash, it was sitting at 14% charge. So I decided to plug it in, as any normal person would do.
When I woke up this morning I found the LED flashing red/green and the phone was so hot to the touch I had to put it down. Which is saying A LOT because 1) my hands are fairly numb to anything short of burning my skin off and 2) that was through my case, which is a Body Glove Kickback case.
Now, I immediately unplugged as I knew what the flashing lights mean, but here's the kicker -- once it was unplugged it only had 32% charge, I had been asleep for 7 hours, clearly enough time to charge a phone.
Once I realized this, I started messing around with phone (after I could hold the damn thing again) and found that I had a case of image persistence, which was caused by my phone being set to leave the screen while connected to the charger. I've changed that. I'm hoping that I can at least fix this today and figure out what caused my phone to act like this last night.
Nothing was different than any other night. I used the same charger in the same outlet, with my phone in the same spot, as I have since I purchased the phone.
Any help is greatly appreciated! As my GoogleFU has only led my to the screen burn thread and useless threads upon threads of people saying what apps they were using when their phone got hot.

I haven't either. I've had phones get really, really warm -- but this thing was so hot that when I grabbed it in my somewhat awake state, I woke straight up and immediately dropped it on my bed. I'm not one to exaggerate, it was insane how hot it got.
And I'm assuming you're talking about screen on when charging? Yes, I set that. A while back when I needed my screen to constantly remain on.
That's pretty crazy. If you have insurance, I would try get it replaced. It obviously shouldn't be getting that hot, and the last thing you need to be worrying about is weather tonights the night your battery will explode. I'd be afraid to keep it on a charger at this point - even with the screen off.

I was considering taking it to the store, I'll see how the rest of the day plays out. I left it on the charger to full charge and it didn't even get close to as hot as it was this morning, so that's why I feel like waiting it out. I'm going to leave it on the charger for a few more hours and see what happens.

LG V10 Charging issues

So as of last night my LG V10 has been having major issues with charging. First off I will plug it in and for a second the little battery icon will do the animation and then stop. I went to the battery status screen and it said that the phone was not charging. Secondly it will restart on its own when plugged in and it's not charging. i first noticed something was up about two weeks ago. I left my phone to charge overnight, then I went to use it when I woke up and it was at 1% battery then turned off. I plugged it back in and it charged fine. Later in the day i was on my way to work and I went to check my phone but it would not turn on. I'd press the power key (on the back) and it would just do a quick little vibration but would not turn on. I then took the battery out and put it back in. Since then it has worked fine until last night. i tested out two cables and I tried them both on my PC. T he phone would still not charge. I just went to sleep with it plugged in, hoping it would somehow charge at some point in the night. Woke up and no dice. I tried one last time to charge it and somehow it charged normally. All the way to 100%. I could even use it while charging. Just a few moments ago I tried to test it again. Surprise surprise...it would stop charging. As I type this it just restarted twice while plugged in. i just removed it from the cable now. I really have no idea what is wrong with my phone. Here are a few things I believe may have something to do with it: I use it to hear music in the shower (potentially vapor), I sometimes put the charger the wrong way (somewhat roughly), and I have it in my pocket while at work where it get hot and has lots of moisture. I am waiting on doing a factory reset. I just ordered a new battery. At this point I'm lost on what to do. I really hope someone on here can help me figure this out. I'm on AT&T by the way.
I returned mine to T-Mobile for a new one. 1 yr warranty.

Charged battery at 0% or 5% even when charged on another device. Cannot boot.

So I have an odd issue here... I have a tmobile v10 that suddenly stopped working. Can't boot up or anything anymore. Here's some events (not in order) that have happened. I dropped my phone about 6 months ago and cracked the screen. Was fine up until about a month ago. I pulled it out of my pocket one day and it was off. Thought I had accidentally turned it off while in my pocket, so I went to power it back on, but nothing. It wouldn't boot up at all. Thought my battery died so I plugged it in, but again, nothing. for the next couple of days I was able to randomly get it to power up and boot up to the main home screen. After a few seconds it would freeze and then shut off on it's on, sometimes rebooting automatically, but never making it passed the "LG" splash screen. Any who, before all this the phone ran fine, no issues. I didn't update anything or add any odd ball apps. I got it to show some life when plugging into the computer via the lg usb cable with the battery removed, but as soon as I threw the battery back in and try to reboot, nothing.
The other odd thing I noticed is that when I threw a charged battery in it, it would kill the life of the battery (verified by placing a charged battery in the dead v10 and then after trying to boot, removing and placing back in my good v10 and checking battery life). It would always say it was either 0% or 5% when I put it back in the good v10. The batteries will still charge on the good v10 so I don't think the batteries are bad (one is a brand new LG brand battery).
I'm leaning towards the prongs being shot on the battery connector that's on the motherboard, rather than the charging port. Anyone ever have this issue or even hear of it? I did some searching online but realized I didn't even know what to look up to find what I was looking for.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
Sorry for the story, just trying to give as much details as possible. I'm sure I forgot some stuff, but I'll edit/update as I remember them. Thanks.

Trouble with LG G5

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but I have some serious issues with the phone. I bought a Sprint LG G5 for about 290$, quite a bargain I would say. I got the phone, and it seemed to be in working order. Then when I updated the phone, the G5 started to bootloop. After a couple hours the phone seemed to sort itself out. It was okay for a while, so I put in my ATT sim card (so I can use it as my main phone) and the phone did not recognize the sim card, which i realize now because sprint uses CDMA and ATT uses GSM. But after I took out the Sim card the phone started to freak out. It went through a bootloop phase again until it just shut off for a long time. I put it on the charger thinking the battery must be dead and let it sit overnight. The next day it didn't seem to turn on. No response at all, until I took out the battery a couple times and then presto it started to work.
The next day, the phone started acting funny again. It was freezing now and then and restarting. I took out the battery and i put it back in. It seemed to do okay there so I put it back on the charger since it was a bit low and went to go eat. After I came back, I found the phone dead. The phone was quite warm, and was just dead. Nothing turned on, tried the power button for 30 seconds and nothing. I tried hard resetting and nothing worked. I thought it was the battery but there is a charge since I put my tongue on it and i felt it tickle quite a bit. The phone gets warm on its own, which is weird since nothing comes out of the display, not even the LED works.
Anyone know whats wrong?
Sorry for the long post.
send it to repair or refund it. there could be so many things wrong like faulty hardware or software
