[Q] Stuck forever in samsung logo - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello.. My galaxy s3 stuck in samsung logo. I assume this as soft bricked phone. Ive tried heimdall and still can't unsoft brick this phone. It's no matter with the phone, i just need my data from internal storage back. Is that possible? There are so many importants data there. I hope someone can help me out. Sorry i'm still a noob here.

Have u tried wiping cache and then dalvik from recovery?

You can try wipe data/cache from recovery. If you still have this problem try re-flash from odin the original 4.3 firmware.

[Q] Galaxy GT-I9100 Stuck after official FW upgrade - help?

EDIT: Sorry guys, just saw the master thread. Will repost this there. x
Hi guys,
Apologies if there's a thread about this already.
I just upgraded my firmware through the settings menu on my Galaxy S2 - everything seemed to go OK, phone rebooted, now it's stuck on the SAMSUNG GALAXY SII GT-I9100 logo on a black screen indefinitely.
Tried so far:
Removing battery for a period of time, then rebooting
Booting into recovery mode and emptying the cache (have not tried factory reset yet)
Allowed to boot for 30 minutes to see if anything would happen, nothing
Can you guys offer any advice before I consider more extreme measures? I've kind of accepted I'm going to have to format the stupid thing now. Should I do a factory reset before trying to flash the firmware using Odin? I'm about to try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1457458
To try to fix what I assume is a soft brick issue. Does this seem like a good idea?
Sorry if I sound like a complete n00b. I don't normally get this involved with my phone, but it's kind of forced my hand this time around
Many thanks x
no worring yet
do factory data reset
if that fails flash a stock rom using odin. search intratech thread in orignal development

Strange Issue with MediaTek Samsung S4

Hello,
Yesterday I bought Samsung S4 Korean Clone by Media Tek and experiencing several issues with the rest and I decided to go with Factory Reset.
After Factory Reset it stopped displaying Samsung Logo at boot and shut down. I was doing research online and installed different tools on it and all were pointed out that handset should be rooted.
I saw another tutorial to root with MtkDroidTools_v248 and after the successful root of my handset I restarted it and phone gone blank.
I tried to do another factory reset by holding volume up+power+home button but no luck.
I don't have any backup.
Anyone can help?
Thanks

I have a Galaxy S4 clone by Mediatek,it's MT6572 S00 I had a problem on it & after I recovered it stopped working,so I start a long journey look for a backup or a Rom & everyone I tried I got a different prob like:
some made it black nothing work at all & others made 1/2 the screen work & the other 1/2 yellow or multicolor...& it's like that since a long time & I really start to lost hope :'( so Please any help or backup files?
MTKs are a waste of time. If you like Android development and stuff, skip MTKs and get a more reliable brand.

Well mate, I am off MTK, abondened MTK happily everafter, so I could provide you the backup files as I get on to my desk back, but the real problem is lib files about in your clone S4 as it depends on Display IC number used in and according to it you have the firmware must contain that Display IC firmware, so you have to tear down the phone and let know the display IC number, but still it is a no go.

[Q] Windows 8 ROM bricked my Galaxy Ace S5830

Im new to this site but i have discovered some info on rooting my phone and flashing ROMs.
Ive also searched here and on the web generally for info on my problem and found not very useful help.
My problem is i was installing Windows 8 ROM for the Galaxy Ace S5830
I wiped the cache and factory resetted and then wiped the dalvik cache but i forgot to mount the Windows 8 ROM.
My phone now wont charge or go into recovery mode or download mode or be recognized by Odin.
Theres not even any boot loop or logo of any kind its just unresponsive.
Exactly what has happened?
Sorry for my lack of knowledge about these things.
Id be really grateful if anyone on here can help me fix my phone or even tell me what has happened.

Help me ! Bootloop data recovery

Hello everyone!
Apologies for adding another thread, i tried to find a similar thread to solve this problem but I could not.
Basically my stock samsung s4 (unrooted, unmodified) started to boot loop a couple of days ago when I changed the sim card. Ive already tried clearing the cache but it did not work, so I think the only option I have now is to do a full wipe and reset.
Is there any way to remove my photo data from the device storage before doing this reset? Bearing in mind the phone wont boot and it is unrooted, is there perhaps any way to fix the boot?
Thank you very much! I will greatly greatly appriciate any solution to this problem.

Galaxy S6 Edge Freezing and Won't Connect to WiFi after using Dr fone

Before I start please pretend I know nothing about phones because I really dont! I am in need of some serious advice! I recently attempted to recover some old deleted videos from WhatsApp using Dr Fone. In order to do this I had to root my device and I followed instructions to do this. The videos were not found (unless I paid!) and since then my phone is constantly freezing and will not stay connected to WiFi. I've performed a factory reset but to no avail! :crying: please can anyone help??
