Halo pulled from the Paranoid Android has been helpful and amazing... But... Some of the Pen window features like minimized sticker/icon would be easier than using a notification spot.
Please point me to any links, application, or possible updates

Maybe you guys can help me. We are developing an app but do not want the on-screen menu button to show in Android 4.0 (and probably 3.0) since it serves no purpose. How can we accomplish this?
I've seen apps that hide it such as airbnb and others.

I think I saw something like this on the official Android page - the ICS section.Scroll down until you go to "for devs" part.I'm not entirely sure but I'm on my phone and can't check now

In case any developers are looking for new ideas to fold in....
I would like to see a custom circular menu surround the spen tip when I long press and have about 12 customizable options in the "full circle" menu. It seems like a waste that long press with the pen does the exact same thing as my finger. Something like Pie but full circle.
What do you want to see?

I'd like to see the AOKP octo lock screen with customizable shortcuts/apps and icons as well as the AOKP toggles in touchwiz roms
How about google wallet? JK I would like to see an option for a stock jellybean note 2 with s-pen capabilities, or maybe a siri like feature that works better than S-Voice. For the love of god im from michigan and have a "normal" accent and that stupid thing CANNOT ever get what I say right, Siri never had any problems during my brief stint on an iphone 5, neither does the google now.
The lmt launcher is only thing I added. That's the only thing the note 2 is missing. Something that keeps you from reaching across the device for the back key.
I would love for the Note 2 to allow any app for the Multi-View function w/out root... =)

I'd even settle for a theme porter like wugfresh(?) did for Motorola phones.

Correct Samsung's biggest mistake. Not having the s-pen work on the capacitive buttons.

You can use back and the menu button with the spen, you hold the button on the spen and use gestures. Look at the manual.

Or run the S-Pen tutorial in Settings. It walks you through everything.

I'll ask wugfresh next time I see him about working on something like that.
i really want smart scroll that is apparently coming with the GS4.
It would be nice if we could remap the long press action on the hardware buttons.

Yes I know that they can't add s-pen support to the capacitive buttons. But it is being added to future devices. I use LMT to avoid the buttons in general.

I'd like customization of the notification drop down (remove toggles, remove brightness slider). As well as true TABLET MODE on touchwiz, something akin to Paranoid Androids hybrid set up.
I feel the tablet mode mod that exists now leaves something to be desired. That's not to say that I don't appreciate whoever came up with it to begin with, I would just like a little more polish.
Hello everybody,
Maybe some of you know the zepgr tweak on cydia for ios. I thought "Why should there not be such a app fir android" but when i googled it i cant find anything but maybe i am to silly to google something :banghead: so i ask if anybody of you knows such a app

Sure, I know it, but on android you don't need it and what's more many advise against these type of applications.
AW: Zephyr on Android
Yes you are right you don't need it but i like this thing when you can switch the applications with wipibg over the Screen.
Also a cool cydiatweak is barell do you have an androidversion vor this??

I found a solution for zephyr on android. I use a custom Launcher
Sent from my GT-I8160 using xda app-developers app
i'm also looking for Zephyr, and i'm disappointed with some of the worst uninformed answer's i've seen in ages.
First, launcher gestures that only exist in a launcher (IE, don't work in a game or another app) are pretty much pointless.
Second, GMD Root Gestures doesn't complete the gesture action until you've completed the gesture, which is not at all how zephyr works. (it works during the gesture, which give is a 100% different feel.
As for not "needing it" These old school nokia style gestures are IMO, the most efficient way of getting around phones, and just because it's an iOS tweak, it doesn't mean it's not awesome.
try swipepad available on playstore
Hi, I'm on stock ROM with my i9300.
I used to have cm10.1, and at par with the original Android JB you could drag down on notifications to get their expanded version, regardless of whether they were on top or not.
I would like that feature in stock ROM, any tweak that allows this, modified SystemUI, or workaround to get this to work? My music player has expanded notification, so when I play music I would like the ability to use Gmail's archive button from notifications, for example.
Thanks in advance!

Samsung implemented this as a "two finger" gesture. Swipe two fingers down and up on a rich notification and you can expand / collapse it.

It's not Samsung. It's about Android version. You expand them with two fingers on Android 4.1, with one finger on Android 4.2, which is CM based on.
so what section do questions go to?

Not entirely correct. You do the two finger gesture in Android 4.1.1 and the one finger gesture on Android 4.1.2

Has anyone figured out how to re-map the interface layout of the 'in-call' view? The dial pad is set way too high. Maybe there is a way to download a phone mod from a different version of android? Please someone, help me out here.

Really sick of this interface. Maybe we can flash a phone from a different device? Or OS? Maybe chanhe some system files? Idk. Lets all come together on this one boys and girls.

Flash a different ROM? Lol. The Google edition ROMs have the AOSP styled dialer. I dunno, I think it's ugly too.
