for some reason whenever i play a move on words with friends its starts playing the last qued song on my google play is anyone else having this issue?
Yes I get this on the odd occasion too. At first I thought it was something I was doing but it is definitely a bug.
Apparently this happens on several Samsung phones plus others as well. I'm on the Note 4 with this same bug. I Google this and found several posts dealing with this. I don't think anyone has pinpointed the exact cause.

Many of you may have noticed the recent YouTube video Innocence of Islam causing widespread chaos and uproar among the muslim countries. Governments took the appropriate action and banned youtube altogether in their respective countries. But appropriate would be the wrong word choice when other google services like gmail, google play, google drive etc are being affected as well!!
I'm in Bangladesh and for the past few days I've been frequently unable to sync gmail on my Galaxy S3. I checked further and noticed that I can't access Gplay on my phone either. Google now unable to connect either. On my pc though I can access gmail, but cannot access google play. At first I thought this might be a problem with my phone or my internet connection- which made me try several things like flashing other ROMs, changing kernels etc- but then I heard that my friends been having the same problem- and finally came across an article on the net also.
This is all very frustrating for me and for all of you who happens to live in a place where the blocking of youtube is causing your android phone to become almost like a brick doing nothing I just hope the youtube ban is uplifted soon or else I'm thinking setting up a proxy server might be of help

Hey guys, i just started playing around with the latest Google Now update with the music ID service. It crashes as soon as it returns a search result for the song. however, if i clear the data and search a song, it'll find it immediately the first try. Every attempt after that crashes until i clear data again. Has anyone found a solution to this? It's a super slick service when it works!

Same issue running cm10 on a Tmobile Galaxy Ii branded phone. I will be scouring the web for an answer as well
Nobody else having this dang issue? Its kinda annoying me that I can't figure it out....
100 members have looked, probably some of them have the same issue. The process of solving things takes a little while. I'm thinking Google needs to fix something on their side. This sort of thing always happens when Google rolls out a new service.
In the meantime, clearing the app cache and app data, updating the app, then re-logging in are the usual troubleshooting steps.
Hi, 5 days ago,I noticed that when I search something on google play app, or on website(when logged in),no results will show. When I log-out from website, results are there. I tried changing e-mail address, but today friend told me that he has the same issue. So my question is- did anyone had same issue, how to solve that? Google play doesn't have email contact, only phone, I tried entering my number few times, but they won't call...

I've got same issue Nexus 4 everything up to date. Tried reboot, uninstalling updates. Changing users, but without any success.
so,it is not isolated issue..that is good thing
anybody has an idea what to do?
It has been acting a little stupid even when I search from my laptop lately also.
I don't think it is device specific at all so probably nothing wrong with yours.
nope,tried more than 5 connections
I searched on these forums for a solution and even the internet, and I couldnt find anything very specific. Has anybody been having problems with Google Maps...it being very glitchy (graphics jumping around, and notification bar acting up when I pull it down on maps.)
Going on a pretty large trip in a couple of weeks and I would like to use Google Maps for the GPS.
Thanks for any help provided.

That is a real relevant question. Mine jumps around sometimes too. Uninstalled maps and then installed it fresh from play store.
Don't remember if that helped some.
Definitely helps to not have any overlays going on over the maps, and holding the phone still.
Dunno what else, so glad you posted, as now some others might have advice.

I've had the issue at times, but it seems to vary depending on whatever version is used. For example, the current version is jittery, but less so than the last. However a few versions back it worked perfectly for me. I think it has more to do with whatever "features" Google is now implementing than our device or particular version of Android we're running. Just look at the comments for it at the play store and you'll see we aren't alone and that it's been an ongoing issue for some time.
Im aware this has might have been discussed previously but this morning I enabled the WiFi on my phone and noticed the phone wont stop receiving and transmitting. I don't understand why this is happening and are there any consequences to disabling Google play services from the android control panel if that'll even work. There is also something on the play store that claims to fix this but it seems shady.. Thanks
Happens sometimes (like once a month) to me too. A restart of the phone fixes it for me.
Happened with my old N5 too, btw, it isn't a Sony specific issue.
