I don't think your device is bricked you need to install those vista drivers properly a Flash failing at 90 - 95% is common if those drivers have not installed correctly
Follow this guide here it has pictures and works for most users (you need to connect to USB in bootloader to install the drivers on win 7)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=485293
When you have done that try to flash the nvid recovery ROM to restore your prophet to factory win5 (Then you will need to Unlock and hardspl again if you want to upgrade)
I can not enter bootloader, and i can not establish connection with the pc. I installed the drivers, no change, my screen still stays with the tree colors, i still can not manage to get any of the RUUs wirking.

The three colour screen is bootloader
The problem is loading the drivers in vista i have found a different tutorial try this one
Please note that you are the only person having trouble flashing on win 7 follow the tutorials or we will get bored with your post
Only follow this thread for driver install the rest is not for your device
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4194862&postcount=2
When the drivers are installed correctly follow my recovery post above
Thanks for the support, i followed the abovegiven instructions (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4194862&postcount=2). 10a did not appear and the date in 12 was 2004 not 2003. Strange new thing happened, the phone restarts itself automatically, so i removed the battery now.
Anyways, i belive that it was time for my prophet to retire. Thank you all for all of the support and all different roms, great job, great community, the greatest of ots kind. Unfortunately i will not be able to participate here with my new phone, i got Sony Ericsson Satio.
Wishing the best of luck for all the forum members,
With kind regards,

P.S. Please inform me if you create a Symbian subforum Thanks once again
Hi,
I was using the stock ROM on my Galaxy SII, Windows XP detecting the phone just fine and I can do internet teethering and etc... I subsequently flash my rom to NDT MIUI v4.1, my windows XP did not like the phone anymore and started to ask me to provide drivers. Last week, I flashed the rom again to NDT MIUI v8.1, the problem persist. Below is what I had attempted to resolve the problem but unsuccessful. I hope someone can shed some light...
Attempts made to resolve the problem:
1. unplug the phone, uninstall Kies and Samsung drivers on Windows XP. Reboot, then reinstall Kies and Samsung drivers. Reboot again, then plug in my phone, Windows XP detected the device as "Galaxy S2" then prompt a window to search driver. Regardless where i go from there, no driver found.
2. Turned the phone into storage mode after connecting to windows xp. Can read the sd cards, but unable to do anything futher, like teethering.
3. Downloaded latest Kies from Samsung website and repeated step 1. No success as well....
I hope someone can help me...
Hello,
When I plug mk888 (android tv box) or Milestone 2 to my computer looking for drivers. Not so alone it is pointing. Installs however, there is code 10 Under windows 8 turned off checking the compatibility of the controller. I still have the same problem. I downloaded the drivers rockusb and the computer does not want to "accept". The same thing I have with drivers for motorola. The strange thing is that on another computer with Windows Vista I have the same problem.
I checked the original cable motorola and samsung.
Connected it without the debug mode (SD mode) and it worked.
But when I turn these modes I can not get it to install the drivers: (
I do not know what's going on.
Milestone has CyanogenMod 9
MK888 is an android 4.2.2
My computer has Windows 8 x64 with all updates
Win 8?

Thank you for the quick reply.
I found a similar movie before. I did it, but Dalen does not work. It shows that supposedly has recorded but did not work, and shows error code 10
The devices manager I have this:
Class for rockusb devices:
Rockusb Devices (with a black exclamation mark).
Similarly for motorola adb.
any news ideas ?

It seems to me that after some research the problem is with your driver the device manager cant start the device im not a genius but you should try to update the driver via google or update your windows if you havent already =D

i have all update
Hello. I've got A700 and I'm trying to root it but I've got a problem. I tried it with every key combination (power, volume up & down) I found on the internet but they don't work.
I also tried it when using the USB port but my PC and my laptop won't recognise the tablet. I've downloaded the drivers from Acer but when I install them my PC asks to install NET frameworks 2.0.5727. This version is no longer available but Frameworks 3 also worked according to Microsoft. After this installation the drivers from Acer still don't want to install. Then I tried it with Android USB driver but the same problem keeps coming back.
When I plug the tablet on my PC and look in the windows device manager there is a yellow triangle on the USB port with an error code 43. I've got the same problem and errors on my laptop. They both work on Windows 8.1. Could it be that the problem is on my tablet's USB? There is no problem when charging.
Does anyone have a similar problem or maybe a solution?
I have this problem too for my Acer a700. When I connect the tablet, i can't see the folders on the tablet via the pc anymore. I can't put files on it, and I can't transfer files from the tablet to the pc.
I contacted Acer and they said that windows 8.1 uses a new way to deal with usb drivers.
I will translate (google translate) from dutch to english
Dear customer,

Unfortunately, Windows 8.1 handles the USB drivers differently than Windows 7/8. So there are specific drivers for Windows 8.1 required that we can not supply at this time.
We have made a request to check whether these drivers are still going to be mad.e At this moment we can not specify the period within which we as a reaction to get going.
Until then you might try to work with the following generic driver: http://www.droid-now.com/2013/10/fix-working-fastboot-drivers-windows-8-1-x64/
Note that they are not specifically designed for the Acer tablet and we can not provide support for the things that are discussed there.
Following the instructions is at your own risk.
*
As soon as we have more information about the Windows 8.1 driver, we will inform you about it.
*
Hoping this provides you with sufficient information and we apologize for the inconvenience
Any update. I have same problem running window 10.

got it to work in windows 10. Driver issue. Just have to select driver in the device manager.
Hi guys,
I've got a problem with my Lg Optimus 4X HD drivers. I've just got a new Windows 8 PC, and tried to install the USB-Drivers of my mobile.
I first tried to install the recommended LG-United Drivers, but whenthe installation finishes, I get a Bluescreen with no further information, that there was a problem, and Windows has crashed
On my Windows 7 PC the driver installation worked...
I've also tried to install the drivers manually, but that doesn't seem to work. Same thing with external Driver-Installers.
I haven't found a thread about that problem yet so I decided to ask for a solution in this forum.
I've got Win 8 64bit
Thanks in advance,
lighmax
